By in situ hybridization, 53BP2 mRNA expression is revealed in tumor cell nests of NPC paraffin sections. The strong positive particles localize in the nuclei of tumor cells; but slight positive signals are also found in tissue cells of chronic nasopharyngitis and connective tissue, such as lymphocytes and smooth muscle cells; There are also positive signals in the nuclei of hyperplastic squamous epithelial cells. However, 53BP1 mRNA expression is not found in nuclei of tumor cells, tissues of chronic nasopharyngitis and connective tissue.

When the temperature increases another 1℃, the spiral melting holes transform into two-dimensional nucleation melting holes.

In this paper, cholinergic neurons was mapped in the two kinds of birds (Emberiza rutila and Fringilla montifringilla) by using immunohistochemical method.The soma size and cell density of cholinergic neurons in the three song control nuclei, the higher vocal center, the robust nucleus of the archistriatum and area X, were measured and compared. Here we discussed the distribution of cholinergic neurons and their effect on the process of song producing and song learning.

本文以中国北方地区常见的两种鸣禽栗鹀和燕雀为材料，应用免疫组化方法，对两种鸣禽发声控制核团，即上纹状体腹侧尾核或高级发声中枢、古纹状体粗核、X区内胆碱能神经元的胞体大小和胞体密度进行了观察测量，旨在探讨胆碱能神经元在发声控制核团内的分布情况及其在鸣啭产生和学习过程中的作用。

According to the characteristic of silver nanoparticles, their uniform dispersion in reaction media was obtained by surface modification, ultrasonic radiation and the select of emulsion, and then emulsion polymerization system were formed by combination with reactive monomer and initiator. Nano-Ag/Polystyrene core-shell particles were prepared by emulsion polymerization and their microstructure were characterized by TEM, FTIR, XPS, AFM and TG/DTA. The experimental results showed that silver nanoparticles were coated by polymer and the composite particles had typical core/shell structure, and the microlevel combination was realized. Meantime, the form mechanism of nano-Ag/polystyrene core-shell particles was tentatively researched. The conclusion is that the perfect coating was able to obtained by the control of reaction condition.

根据纳米银粒子的特性，借助于表面处理、超声辐照以及乳化剂的选择，使其均匀分散在反应介质中，再与反应单体、引发剂等形成乳液聚合体系；采用乳液聚合方法、包裹聚合方式，制备出纳米银/聚苯乙烯核壳复合粒子，并借助于TEM、FTIR、 XPS、AFM、TG/DTA等分析手段对复合粒子微观结构进行了表征；结果表明：纳米银粒子表面被聚合物层包覆，复合粒子呈明显的核壳结构，实现了微观尺度上的复合；同时，初步探讨了纳米银/聚苯乙烯核壳复合粒子的形成机理，指出：通过控制反应条件，可以使形成纳米银/聚苯乙烯核壳复合粒子的聚合反应方式占主导地位，实现最大限度地包覆。

Results: The results showed that NOS positive neurons existed in all the auditory afferent nucleus while NOS negative neu-rons existed in the superior olivary nucleus. Most of NOS positive neurons in CNC were located in the posterior ventral cochlear nu-cleus ,which were round or oval bipolar neurons. NOS positive neurons were also found in potine widely.

结果：在脑桥的各级听觉传入核团，均有NOS阳性神经元，而上橄榄复合体无NOS阳性神经元；耳蜗核内NOS阳性神经元，主要集中在后腹侧核，为圆形或椭圆型双极神经元；下丘的臂内侧核NOS阳性神经元呈小的、圆形细胞。
