Implementing a rigorous extramural evaluation is a must in order to make sure the course contents are up to date and the teaching processes are interactive and effective. Students have to be informed about the industry-relevant knowledge and practice so they can join the working force after graduation. For years, the industry has complained a great deal about not being able to recruit suitable young graduates, as if all the governmental investments in the massification of higher education are wasted.
