Novel chitosan derivative with long alky groups as the hydrophobic moieties and carboxymethyl groups as the hydrophilic moieties was synthesized. The chemical structure of N-octyl-O, N-carboxymethyl chitosan was characterized via FTIR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. The physical properties were analyzed with wide angle X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry.

以天然可生物降解的壳聚糖为原料，通过在壳聚糖6位羟基上引入羧甲基，在2位氨基上引入疏水烷基链，制得N-辛基－O，N-羧甲基壳聚糖两亲性衍生物，分别用FTIR、1H NMR和元素分析等技术对其结构进行表征，用广角X射线衍射和差示扫描量热法对具物理性质进行分析，并考察其在各种溶剂中的溶解性能及其对难溶性药物的增溶能力。

Moreover, it was successfully linked with lactobionic acid through amine groups on the surface of particles, and used to recognize living liver cells successfully.(3) In order to simplify the proceeding of preparation of silica-coated qdots, a novel one-pot method using 3-mercaptopropyl-trimethoxysilane as a capping molecule was proposed for the first time. Furthermore, amine and phosphonate groups were also modified on the surface of silica-coated qdots simultaneously. This was the first time the synthesis and the surface modification of qdots were performed in the same system.

We found that under acid condition, selenite radical combined with active hydroxide radical and amino-group of chitooligosaccharides to form chitooligosaccharides - Se compound molecule, the remaining group complex interacted with the negative sodium tripolyphosphate via electrostatical interactation to form nanoparticles with the size about 100nm.

Based on the detailed study of seismic tomography image in South China, and according to the geotectonic environment and shape and heat of asthenosphere upwelling, we divided the structure of lithosphereasthenosphere at the Mesozoic upper mantle of Eastern China into three types.(1)Continental platform area (North China platform and Yangtze platform): asthenosphere upwelled along paleorift; over the plume head, the granitic rocks of crust and mantle mixed and correspondingly, Au, Cu, Mo, PbZn, etc. mineralizationconcentrated regions were formed; and at the steep contact belt of asthenosphere and the thick area of lithosphere, mediatebasic complex was formed.(2)Central area of fold zone: asthenosphere was "recumbent" at suitable depth, with adequate heat and in a great extent; by heat conduction, the interior of partial crust remelted, and the crustsource granitic rocks, and correspondingly, W, Sn and rare elements mineralizationconcentrated regions were formed.

According to the present situation of Hebei province, chitin was extracted from waste crab shells of Qing Huangdao, and then chitosan was prepared. On the base of those, a series of chitin/chitosan derivatives were synthesized and characterized. Finally,~then they were applied in fruit preservative, flocculation and cosmetics. The main results ~re summerized as follows:(1) Chitosans with low, middle and high viscosity have been prepared from chitin, which was extracted from waste material of crab shells produc ed in Qing HuangDao.
