结果 视交叉侧动脉自颈内动脉C2段内侧壁发出，在蛛网膜下腔迂曲走行，起始部位靠上，几乎与视交叉处于同一水平，直径(0.18±0.06)mm，在到达视交叉之前发出2～3条亚支，呈"分水岭"样分布于视交叉侧缘、视交叉侧部的上面和下面靠外侧的部分以及视神经近视交叉处外侧半。

Methods］When scoliosis of patients were corrected to a certain degree after three weeks of halo pelvic distraction, the most serious collapsed ribs of concave side of the curve underwent a transverse incision the cross ribs. A special rib bender was used to bend the exposed 3 to 6 ribs. The bent ribs were pulled up by double-stranded 10# thick silk which was extended out through the skin and fixed in the upright post of the instrument of Halo pelvic distraction with rubber membranes.

方法］颅盆牵引3周后，脊柱侧弯矫正到一定程度时，在侧弯凹侧肋骨塌陷最重的部位，与肋骨交叉作横切口，暴露3～6条肋骨，用特制的肋骨折弯器将肋骨折弯变圆，用10号双股粗丝线将每条肋骨提起，自皮肤穿出通过橡皮膜在颅盆装置的立柱上作牵引。

［Objective］To sum up the experience of wearing the halo pelvic and level traction costoplasty to treat 35 cases of severe scoliosis combined with collapsed chest.［Methods］When scoliosis of patients were corrected to a certain degree after three weeks of halo pelvic distraction, the most serious collapsed ribs of concave side of the curve underwent a transverse incision the cross ribs. ［目的］介绍35例重度脊柱侧弯合并严重胸廓塌陷的病例，在颅盆牵引的过程中，同时采用肋骨成形术加水平牵引治疗胸廓塌陷［方法］颅盆牵引3周后，脊柱侧弯矫正到定程度时，在侧弯凹侧肋骨塌陷最重的部位，与肋骨交叉作横切口，暴露3～6条肋骨，用特制的肋骨折弯器将肋骨折弯变圆，用10号双股粗丝线将每条肋骨提起，自皮肤穿出通过橡皮膜在颅盆装置的立柱上作牵引。

方法将大鼠右侧腓总神经在胭窝处剪除约5mm后，将断裂的腓总神经近端和远端分别就近与同侧胫神经上的外膜窗施行端侧吻合，吻合口间距约10mm；动物存活24个月后，将手术侧近端吻合口以上胫神经剪断，再将辣根过氧化物酶注入远段腓总神经干内，72h后取材并经四甲基联苯胺显色显示脊髓L3-6节段神经元和L4、L5脊神经节细胞，同时取腓总神经远段行电镜观察神经纤维再生状态。

The PRL-like cells were also presented in the ventral ependyma of the lateral ventricle and the glial lamina in the basal surface of the brain. The processes of PRL-LIR cells in PPN, SCN, PVN and PAN mainly projected to the third ventricle, those in AN and ELV mainly projected to the lateral ventricle, and those in SON to the glial lamina in the basal surface of the brain. The results showed that PRL could be released into ventricularis system and participate in the regulation of the cerebrum-cerebrospinal fluid circuit.

视前室旁核、视交叉上核、下丘脑室旁核、弓状核等核团内的PRL阳性神经元有突起向第三脑室投射，伏隔核内及侧脑室室管膜上的PRL阳性神经元有突起伸至侧脑室，视上核的PRL阳性神经元也有突起投射至脑基底神经胶质板，表明鸡脑内的PRL可以释放入脑室系统，参与调节脑-脑脊液神经体液回路。

PRL-LIR positive perikarya were mainly seen in nucleus suprachiasmaticus, nucleus paraventricularis preopticus, nucleus supraopticus, nucleus hypothalamus paraventricularis, nucleus periventricularis arcuatus and nucleus accumbens. 结果，PRL阳性胞体主要分布在视交叉上核、视前室旁核、视上核、下丘脑室旁核、弓状核和伏隔核，旧纹状体、正中隆起存在大量阳性纤维末梢，在侧脑室腹侧的室管膜和脑基底神经胶质板上也存在PRL阳性神经元。

Methods 11 cases with asymmetry of the submammary fold were treated with the semi-periareolar insion, and separated the retromammary space, and then cutted up-part of the breast tissue according to the value of asymmetry and fixed upward, and incised part of the skin also(9 cases were done mama augmentation simultaneously).

对11例乳房下皱襞不对称患者，采用乳晕上缘半环形切口，游离乳房后间隙，根据双侧不对称的差值，将过低侧乳房的上极腺体组织弧形切除并向上与胸肌筋膜缝合固定（其中9例同期行隆乳术），切口上缘皮肤作适当切除。
