Objective To investigate the effect of Abbe flap on reconstruction of tightness deformity of upper lip after unilateral cheilorrhaphy.

目的：探讨采用Abbe瓣修复单侧唇裂术后上唇过紧畸形的手术方法和效果。

When the pedicle was divided two weeks later, the upper lip was carefully repaired again.resultsthe tightness of upper lip of these patients had been corrected successfully, with good contour of the cupid's bow and vermilion tubercle.conclusionabbe flap is useful to repair the tightness of upper lip after unilateral cheilorrhaphy.

结果：7例患者上唇过紧得到了有效的松弛，唇红较为丰满，唇珠得到恢复，唇部协调自然。结论： abbe瓣适合于单侧唇裂术后上唇过紧畸形的修复。

Scar resection in upper lip, orbicularis oris muscle reconstruction, Z-plasty, V-Y plasty or double movable mucomuscular complex flaps for vermilion defects were applied to slight nasolabial deformities. In severe labionasal deformities, Forked flap was used at the upper lip to lengthen columella for patients who have enough upper lip tissue, while for those who have deficient upper lip tissue, the prolabium was advanced into columella for lengthening and an Abbé flap was adopted for upper lip reconstruction. Results Since 2000, we have treated 23 patients of secondary deformities of bilateral cleft lip.

对上唇及鼻畸形较轻者，采用上唇瘢痕切除，口轮匝肌重建，V-Y成形、Z成形术或双侧肌蒂红唇肌粘膜瓣向中间推进矫正红唇口哨畸形；对唇鼻畸形较严重但上唇组织较多者，采用鼻底叉形瓣延长鼻小柱进行矫治；对唇鼻畸形严重并有上唇过紧者，采用前唇组织瓣延长鼻小柱，下唇带蒂组织瓣旋转修复上唇正中缺损。

The reversed transposition of tibial periosteal flap pedicled with medial half of the soleus could be designed. Results On the average,6 muscle branches of posterior tibial artery were found to distribute segmentally at the medial half of soleus.

Methods The cuniform tissue of hypertrophic nipple and trigon skin of areolar were excised according to mark after local anesthesia .Pay attention to preserve the ducts.In advance we vertically suture the cut for establishment the diameter of new nipple. Once more we across suture the cut to shorten the nipple. The cut is inverted " T " after operation.

在每侧肥大乳头适当位置上设计2个相对的纵形楔型组织瓣和与之相连的乳晕小三角形皮肤瓣，局麻下切除设计线内组织，注意保护乳腺管，先纵形缝合，确立新乳头直径，再横形缝合，缩短乳头，使缝合后切口呈倒T形。

Posterior vomer mucoperiosteal flap was designed by dissecting the posterior vomer, and then each side of PVMF was sutured with the same side mucosal flap and the levator veli palatini. Result: This method was applied in 55 cases with satisfactory results of extending and elevating soft palate, and achieving velopharyngeal closure.

55例先天性Ⅱ、Ⅲ度腭裂患者犁骨后缘正中纵向剖开，分别形成两犁骨后缘犁骨粘膜瓣，将腭帆提肌止点连同同部位软腭鼻腔侧粘膜一起缝合于犁骨后缘犁骨粘膜瓣顶点上，上提后推软腭，再缝合口腔侧粘膜。

During epithesis, nasal columella were extended, collapse nasal alar cartilages were l iberated and fixed in symmetrical positions, injured upper l ip was extended with nasolabial flap or to "tongue-l ike" flap on nasal base.

术中延长鼻小柱，游离塌陷鼻翼软骨并悬吊固定于对称位置，鼻槛组织瓣或鼻底舌形瓣延长患侧上唇，其中11 例植入L 形硅胶假体隆鼻。

受此启发，我们在48侧经动脉灌注红色乳胶的下肢标本上，对膝降动脉的起源、走行、分支和分布，以及大收肌腱的形态进行了解剖学研究，并在4侧新鲜标本上施行摹拟手术实验，设计、创用了以膝降血管为蒂的大收肌腱、骨、皮复合瓣修复跟腱复合组织缺损。
