Methods:The 310 pedicles(in 31 vertebrae) twined with the wire of 1.0mm in diameter were taken for radiological study.The anteroposterior,lateral and superoinferior roentgenograph were performed,the relationship between the projection of pedicle screw and that of vertebrea on lateal x-ray films was investigated.

The author identified and measured 5 landmarks of mandibula two times according to ten digital cephalometric radiographs selected randomly, then the mean error of measurements were determined.
