Methods: 28 rabbits were divided into 3 groups (4 animals for every group). All animals were dissected to keep the spine and the pelvis, hip joint, the upper part of the femur, with the anterior and posterior longitudinal ligaments, intervertebral disk and psoas muscle, erector spinae, and supraspinal ligament attached to it.

取家兔12只，分3组，每组4只，解剖后保留枢椎以下完整之脊柱及骨盆、髋关节、上段股骨，不损伤脊柱前、后纵韧带、椎间盘及所附着之腰大肌，保留脊柱背侧的竖脊肌、棘上韧带，置于生物力学拉伸测试仪（日本岛津制作所产AGS-J系列）。

Ten paired suprafascial and subfascial flaps were harvested, the radial arteries were cannulated, and methylene blue dye was injected into the radial artery followed by a barium sulfate/gelatin mixture.

Results Supraorbital neuralgia (9.8%) and superficial temporal neuralgia (3%) occurred 3~4 days and aggravated 4~7 days after subfrontal craniotomy. The headache could be persistent and become more serious intermittently and irrsdiated to frontal, parietal, temperal, and para-orbital region.

结果 眶上神经痛和颞浅神经痛均出现于冠状切口经额下入路术后第3~4天，第4~7天逐渐加重达到高峰，均为中、重度疼痛，呈持续性伴阵发性加重，向同侧额部、顶部、颞部或眶周放散，眶上切迹或颞浅动脉处压痛明显。

The Es formation was divided into seven third order sequences based on the seismic, drilling and logging data, and plans deposition system plane distribution maps of different time were plotted by dominance phase principle. From lower Es3 to upper Es3, the delta scale gradually increased and the depositional area gradually moved to the east and the southeast; the Es2 period was dominated by shore-shallow lake sediments and widely developed braided river delta and delta deposits; the Es1 period was dominated by shore-shallow lake shoal deposits, and in the south developed meandering stream and braided river delta deposits.The lothological traps of the Shahejie group are mainly fluxoturbidite and stratum lateral pinch-out, and its formation and the distribution of the lothological trap were controlled mainly by the basin structure characteristic, palaeogeomorphology and tectonic activity and so on. It had a beneficial geological condition to develope sublacustrine slump turbidite fans in Jishan, Jiangjiadian and Wawu.

利用地震、钻井、测井等资料，将古近系沙河街组划分出7个三级层序，通过剖面沉积学分析，以优势相原则绘制不同时期各亚段沉积体系平面分布图：沙四下总体以洪水-漫湖沉积为特征，沙四上沉积时期是在滨浅湖背景之上发育了曲流河三角洲和辫状河三角洲沉积；沙三段沉积时期南部主要发育辫状河、曲流河三角洲，西北部地区发育曲流河三角洲，中部地区主要为深湖—半深湖沉积；由沙三下至沙三上，西北部三角洲规模逐渐增大，沉积范围逐渐向东、东南方向推进；沙二段沉积时期为滨浅湖沉积，在背景之上广泛发育了辫状河三角洲和三角洲沉积；沙一段以滨浅湖滩坝沉积为特征，南部发育了曲流河三角洲和辫状河三角洲沉积；沉积地层中的岩性圈闭以滑塌浊积岩岩性圈闭和地层侧向尖灭型岩性圈闭为主，其形成和分布主要受盆地结构、沉积古地貌和构造活动强度等因素控制，北部基山、南部江家店和瓦屋具有发育滑塌浊积扇的良好地质条件。

Results on the ae line, the facial nerve went across the anterior portion inside the hairline (39.3 mm anterior to the otobasion superius).

在14例（28侧） 10%甲醛溶液固定的成人尸头上解剖面神经额支，测量面神经额支、发际在耳上基点-外眦线、额颧点-翼点线上的位置，测量鬓角、面神经额支入额肌最高点到fp的垂直距离。

An increase in the blood flow velocity of internal jugular vein,the abnormal acoustic frequency and its spectrum of TCD were signs indicated that the blood stream of CCF were drained by the superior and/or inferior petrous sinuses.TCD could detect the superficial sylvian vein where the blood flow velocity increased when the cortical veins were the main veins draining CCFs.

异常眼静脉搏动征，血流反向是诊断CCF眼上静脉引流的可靠指标；颈内静脉流速增高，声频及频谱异常是CCF血流经岩上窦、岩下窦引流的征象；当以皮层静脉引流为主时，颅内常可检出流速增高的侧裂静脉。

Methods To tind the four kinds of methods that deal with the bare wound area on the skin flap pedicle,by reviewing operative methods that hand's skin imperfect is repaired by distant smaller random pattern skin flap（No including nearer fingers skin flap）in the treatment process of hand's injury in the author's hand surgery in the nearer three years,the four kinds of methods are:the pedicle is swed up to tube;Accepted wound skin edge nearly the pedicle and supplying wound skin edge are sewed up;Theskin flap's pedicle injury area is bared,and then bind up by Vaseline gauze;The fourth method is replanting free skin on the pedicle's injury area.

通过复习笔者所在手外科近3年来，在手外伤患者治疗过程中，应用远位微小随意带蒂皮瓣修复手部皮肤缺损的手术方法，发现在处理皮瓣蒂部处裸露创面上存在着4种不同的方法，这4种方法分别是：将蒂部缝合成管状；将受区蒂部侧皮缘与供区伤口缝合；将皮瓣蒂部创面裸露，用凡士林纱布包扎；第4种方法是在皮瓣蒂部创面上移植游离皮片。
