Results: The Fos-like immunoreactive neurons distributed mainly in the spinal trigeminal subnucleus caudalisipsilaterally and medullary visceral zone (MVZ,including nucleus tractus solitarius,ventrolateral medulla and the reticular formation between the first two),ln the sections processed for double staining of Fos and TH immunohisto chemistry, numerous Fos-LI neurons showed also TH- like immunoreactivity in their cytoplasm(Fos-TH cells)in MVZ.

结果：Fos样免疫反应神经元主要分布在同侧三叉神经脊束核尾侧亚核、双侧延髓内脏带(孤束核、腹外侧区及二者之间的网状结构)。在抗Fos 和抗酪氨酸羟化酶的双重免疫染色切片上，见到延髓内脏带内许多Fos阳性神经元的胞浆同时呈TH样免疫反应(Fos-TH双重阳性细胞)。

Results MRI showed symmetric abnormal signals in basal ganglia in 27 patients, in thalami and dentate nucleus in 21 patients, and in corona radiata-centrum ovale in 9 patients. All the lesions were hyperintensity on T1WI. Local hypointensity in basal ganglia was found in 4 patients, while hyperintensity or slight hyperintensity on both T2WI and T2-FLAIR were found in 26 patients, and slight hyperintensity with hypointensity on both T2WI and T2-FLAIR in 1 patient.

结果 27例颅脑MRI表现为双侧基底节区片状对称性异常信号，21例双侧丘脑、齿状核片状异常信号，9例双侧放射冠－半卵圆中心见片状对称性异常信号；27例T1WI上见高信号区，其中4例基底节区病灶内见小片状低信号；26例T2WI及T2-FLAIR见高或稍高信号，1例见稍高、低混杂信号。

The location, the spectrum, the shape of tumer and the degree of uretal hydrocele, the change of surrounding tissue are right demonstrated in MSCT. The enhancement scan can supply indirectly information to understand function of the kidneys. MSCT can supply very valuable information for clinic in treatment planning and prognosis evaluation, especially, CPR and MPR imaging have great value in exhibiting the whole of lesions.

MSCT可准确显示输尿管移行细胞癌的发生部位、病变范围、形态、病侧输尿管积水扩张和周围侵犯情况，增强扫描间接评价患侧肾脏及对侧肾脏肾功能情况，为外科手术方案选择提供指导依据；MPR和CPR图像在显示病变全貌上具有显著优势。

Results 5 cases central gaugliocytoma and 2 cases colloid cyst were located at middle line of ventricle,6 cases medulloblastoma were located at the top of the fourth ventricle or super cerebellum vermis,5 cases ependymoma were located at one lateral ventricle,3 cases ependymoma were located at the fouth ventricle,2 cases papilloma of choroid plexus werre located at triangle area of lateral ventricle,2 cases meningioma were located at triangle area of lateral ventricle,1 cases astrocytoma were located at lateral ventricle anterior horn.
