Five pairs of 45S rDNA loci and two pairs of 5S rDNA signals were detected on chromosomes of Cucurbita moschata Duch. Luffa cylindrical Roem. contained five pairs of 45S rDNA loci and one pair of 5S rDNA loci. In Benincasa hispida Cogn., two pairs of 45S rDNA sites and one pair of 5S rDNA site were detected. In this species, 5S rDNA and one pair of the 45S loci were collocated closely in chromosome 7S. 45S rDNA chromosomal distribution patterns were highly conserved among the three species, althoufh their number varied markedly. The 5S rDNA sites on chromosomes among the three species were highly polymorphic.

南瓜有5对45S rDNA位点， 2对5S rDNA位点；丝瓜具有5对45S rDNA位点， 1对5S rDNA位点；冬瓜具有2对45S rDNA位点， 1对5S rDNA位点， 5S rDNA位点与其中一对45S rDNA位点都位于7号染色体短臂上，并在物理位置上紧密相邻。45S rDNA在这3种作物染色体上数目变化较大，但在染色体上都倾向分布在短臂末端，其分布模式较为一致。5S rDNA在这3种作物染色体上数目相对保守，但在染色体上分布的位置变化较大。

Firstly, wettability and adhesive properties of the major soy protein components conglycinin (7S) and glycinin (11S) after urea modification were characterized. Modified 7S and 11S soy proteins were evaluated for gluing strength with pine, walnut, and cherry plywood and for wettability using a bubble shape analyzer. The molecular structure change was studied by chemical analysis, DSC and Rheometer. The results showed that different adhesives had varying degrees of wettability on the wood specimens.

The signals look like noncontinuous beads on the DNA fiber,which consist of multi-copy and arrange tandemly.Fiber-FISH results with 45S rDNA probe showed that an average signal length is about 3～11μm in many tandem copy sequence(measure number,n=8),so we estimated the size of each copy to be approximately 11～30kb in cotton genome.There are dual signals on each end of the mitosis metaphase chromosomes and pachytene chromosomes hybridized with telomere DNA probe.The signals also look like non-continuous beads on the DNA fiber,the length is about 1～9μm,so we estimated the size is about 4～27kb.The signals almost covered the whole mitosis metaphase chromosomes and pachytene chromosomes of G.arboretum Shixiya 1 hybridized with gDNA probe,the euchromatin zone and heterochromatin zone were identified clearly on pachytene chromosomes,and the signals also look like non-continuous beads.Two BAC clones 150-D-24 and 182-F-9 in DNA BAC library of Pima90 were selected as probe to hybridize with mitosis metaphase chromosomes,pachytene chromosomes and DNA fiber of G.raimondii.

棉花FISH技术系统的应用研究。45S rDNA在亚洲棉石系亚1号中期和粗线期染色体上有两对大的信号，在DNA纤维上信号为非连续的念珠状，多个拷贝串联排列，每个拷贝长度大约在3～11μm，推测每个拷贝的实际长度为11～30kb；端粒序列在亚洲棉石系亚1号中期和粗线期染色体端部都有双点信号，在DNA纤维上信号也为非连续的念珠状，不同染色体上信号长度大约在1～9μm不等，推测实际长度为4～27kb；gDNA信号几乎布满整个亚洲棉石系亚1号中期和粗线期染色体，在粗线期染色体上能明显区分出常染色质区和异染色质区，DNA纤维上的信号均为非连续的念珠状。

本文通过对南大别太湖地区和桐城地区榴辉岩中绿辉石的四种Fe(上标 2+)的校正比较，依据计算的峰期变质p-t条件和岩相学研究的限定，探讨了绿辉石Fe(上标 2+)的校正对温度压力计算的影响，认为电价平衡是目前较为理想的校正绿辉石Fe(上标 2+)的方法，并建议为保证分析的准确性和全面性，配合使用端元组分调Fe(上标 2+)法和Fe(上标 2+)/Fe(上标 3+)=1：1方法。

Result: 1. The situation of HIV infection in gastro-mucosal tissues:(1) Our study found HIV gag sequence in not only CD4~+ T cells but also mucosalepithelial cells, gland epithelial cells in lamina propria and spindle stromal cells;(2) HIV p24 was expressed in T cells, plasmocyte, and a few mucosa epithelial cells, gland epithelial cellls and dell epithelial cellls.

主要结论为：新疆杨各器官的离子含量与生长环境中的离子浓度不存在正相关趋势；排渠盐胁迫下生长的新疆杨对离子选择吸收和运输的能力高于灌渠正常生长的新疆杨；盐胁迫下，新疆杨根和叶中K、Na的浓度发生了明显的变化，K浓度在根和叶中呈下降趋势，Na浓度在根中明显增加，根和叶中Ca(上标 2+)、Mg(上标 2+)浓度的变化趋势略缓，根中Ca(上标 2+)浓度下降，Mg(上标 2+)浓度增加，叶中Ca(上标 2+)、Mg(上标 2+)浓度有所上升。
