摘 要 对南瓜的两性花进行外部形态及结构的研究，结果表明：南瓜的两性花可有子房上位花、子房半下位花和子房下位花三种类型：花萼、花冠均为5，合瓣；雄蕊3，其中有两枚各由两个雄蕊合生而成，分离和部分联合，花药结构特殊，花粉发育正常；雌蕊具有单个或两个柱头及花柱。

We explore these questions in Legume model system, Lotus japonicus. Compared with model plants Antirrhinum and Arabidopsis, floral pattern formation of Lotus japonicus is different in several aspects. Floral organs initiate in an order of sepals, carpel, petals, stamens. Within each whorl, organs initiate unidirectionally from ventral side to dorsal side. Initiation of organs in different whorl overlaps. Stamens exist in both 2nd whorl and 3rd whorl, and 2nd whorl is heterogeneous for the existence of different identity organs .

与模式植物金鱼草和拟南芥相比，豆科模式植物百脉根的花模式建成有其特殊性：一、花器官从腹部向背部单向起始；二、器官起始顺序是萼片—心皮—花瓣—雄蕊；三、不同轮的器官起始时间相互重叠；四、相同属性的器官出现在不同轮中；五、第二轮不均一，出现不同属性的花器官；六、花瓣和雄蕊不单独起始，而是经过了短暂的花瓣—雄蕊共同原基的阶段。

The results showed that: Base on the observation results of paraffin slice up, the progress of male and female flower development can be divided into five stages, including: fist, flower primordium, namely asexuality stage; second, hermaphroditic stage; third, single flower at early stage; fourth, widen of stamen primordial and enlarge of pistil primordial; fifth, microspore stage of male flower and grown up of female flower.

试验结果表明：据石蜡切片的观察结果，把苦瓜雌、雄花的发育进程分为5个时期：第一个时期为花原基期即无性期，第二个时期为两性期，第三个时期为单性花初成期，第四个时期雄花为雄蕊原基膨大期、雌花为子房膨大期，第五个时期雄花为花粉粒形成期、雌花为完全成熟。

菖蒲属与香蒲目的茎叶解剖特征、叶表皮特征、花粉特征及花器官发生特点等亦存在着明显区别，特别是花器官发生特点差异尤为显著，如菖蒲属花器官发生过程中，没有苞片原基，也不存在任何形式的复合原基，花被与雄蕊原基均以单向性方式发生，雌蕊由3心皮发育而成，具有"盾状心皮"的特点等，黑三棱属则有苞片原基发生，且苞片原基与雌花原基起源于共同的复合结构，雄花的花被原基和雄蕊原基均以螺旋状方式发生，雌蕊由单心皮发育而成，未发现有2或3个心皮原基或其痕迹的现象，体现出"囊状心皮"的特点。
