A total of one hundred fifty three healthy male and female adults were entered into a six month,doubleblind clinical study designed to evaluate the effect of a dentifrice containing 0.3% triclosan and 2.0% PVM/MA copolymer in a 0.243% sodium fluoride/silica base, relative to a 0.243% sodium fluoride silica base control dentifrice on supragingival plaque accumulation and gingivitis.

本研究的目的是证实含0.3％三氯羟苯醚，2.0％PVM／MA及0.243％氟化钠以二氧化硅磨料牙膏在减少菌斑积聚和牙龈炎形成方面对中国成年人群的效果。153名健康男女分为实验组及对照组，用双盲法评价6月后临床效果。采用纳入和排除的评价标准后进行了基线检查，实验对象每日使用分配的牙膏和软毛牙刷早晚刷牙一次，3个月和6个月再次检查。检查结果表明，使用含有三氯羟苯醚－共聚体牙膏组与使用不含该成分的对照组相比，实验对象的牙菌斑、牙龈炎指数分别减少16.1％及24.3％，均有统计学显著性意义（P＜0.001）。

The method on trans fatty acids analysis in food is very important. The effects of methylate sodium, potassium hydroxide, sulfuric acid and boron trifluoride in methanol and their different concentration and dosage on TFA analysis were studied. The chromatographic condition and the influence of time and temperature on the esterifation of TFA using boron trifluoride in methanol were optimized. A method for analyzing TFA were established by GC based on boron trifluoride in methanol and RT-2560(100m×0.25mm×0.2μm) capillary column.

研究了甲醇钠－甲醇、氢氧化钾－甲醇、浓硫酸－甲醇和三氟化硼－甲醇4种甲酯化试剂的浓度、用量及甲酯化时间和温度对反式脂肪酸检测的影响，优化了色谱条件，建立了以三氟化硼－甲醇法甲酯化，RT-2560(100m×0.25mm×0.2μm)毛细管柱为基础的反式脂肪酸气相色谱检测方法，C18：1-9 t， C18：1-11 t， C18：2-9 t， 12 t和C22：1-13 t 4种反式脂肪酸的最小检出浓度在0.774.08 mg/kg之间。4种反式脂肪酸不同添标浓度回收率为98.44%101.23%，重复测定的相对标准差在0.22%1.31%之间，有较好的准确度和重现性。

RESULTS: All aromatic anesthetics inhibited I at a holding potential which produce half-maximal current V(1/2; inhibition was modest with 1,3,5-trifluorobenzene (8%+/- 2%), pentafluorobenzene (13%+/- 2%), and hexafluorobenzene (13%+/- 2%), but greater with benzene (37%+/- 2%), fluorobenzene (39%+/- 2%), 1,2-difluorobenzene (48%+/- 2%), 1,4-difluorobenzene (31 +/- 3%), and 1,2,4-trifluorobenzene (33%+/- 1%).

The micelle shape transformation of tert-octylpheny phenol polyethylene glycol ether (TX-100), sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and tetradecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide in heavy water solutions was studied by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, including an NMR self-diffusion experiment. These experiments showed that the surfactants formed several shapes of micelles (spherical, ellipsoidal, and rodlike) at the respective concentrations which were far above their critical micelle concentration.

The CFD software STAR-CD is used to simulate the normal operating conditions of cold and hot plenums in China Experimental Fast Reator. Complex 3-dimension model is established by using porous medium method. The temperature and velocity distributions of cold and hot plenums are given. These results are compared with the data of the thermal designs of CEFR which have been completed. Meanwhile, the influence of the buoyancy forces is analyzed.

应用计算软件STAR-CD对中国实验快堆正常运行工况中的额定工况进行了三维数值分析，使用多孔介质模型对屏蔽柱的影响进行了模拟，给出了冷热钠池的三维温度场和流场，与已有热工设计进行了比较，并著重分析了浮升力在数值模拟计算中的影响，为事故工况下的设备动态分析及相应的设备力学分析提供了数据。
