In this research, swainsonine contents of three Oxytropis species were determined by the high performance liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry. The population genetic diversity was also studied and the swainsonine related molecular markers were screened by ISSR. In vitro fungi cultures from the individual plant of O. glabra were performed and microbiological morphology of the colony and the conidiophore were investigated. The 5.8S rDNA/ITS sequences of fungi amplified from total DNA in both plants and fungal endophytes were studied. These sequences were analysed and compared, and they were also compared to the 5.8S rDNA/ITS sequence of fungal enduphyte Embellisia sp. L12 from the O.lambertii, O.sericea and A.mollisimus distributed in USA.

本研究采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用法测定了三种棘豆植物的苦马豆素含量；通过ISSR分子标记技术对三种棘豆种群遗传多样性及其苦马豆素相关标记进行了研究；将小花棘豆植物单株进行体外真菌培养，研究了菌落和分生孢子的微生物形态学特性，从植物总DNA和相同植株培养的真菌总DNA扩增真菌的5.8SrDNA/ITS区，进行了DNA序列分析与排序；联系单株小花棘豆的苦马豆素含量测定和内生真菌ITS序列分析结果，与从美国分布的二种棘豆(O.lambertii、O.sericea)和一种黄芪(A.mollisimus)中分离的内生真菌埃里砖格孢属Embellisia sp.L12株得到的结果进行了比较。

He appeared only for a short period of time, just like a shooting start crossing the sky. Katsushika Hokusai's "the Thirty-six Scenes of Fuyue" was the beginning of the popularity of Ukiyo-e prints. His work absorbed the factors of western world. Many of his works presented grandeur in front of people. The works of Utagawa Hiroshiga were also outstanding. His works revealed a sort of " Japanese complex".

浮世绘方面，铃木春信的创作旺盛期是在晚年，《风流艳色小豆人》、《风流闺室八景》和《荡女鉴镜图》三组美人画非常著名；喜多川歌磨有着独到的审美意识，展示女性的妩媚动人和优雅神态；役者绘大师东洲斋写乐的作品不多，仅仅出现在一个极短的期间，犹如历史夜空中一闪而过的彗星；葛饰北斋的"富岳三十六景"是浮世绘风景画流行的开端，作品吸取西洋的绘画元素，大多雄伟壮丽；歌川广重的"名所绘"出类拔萃，画中流露一种"日本情结"。

We collected Leishmania promastigotes,washed its with 0.01mol/LpH7.2 buffers ,smashed its,and then measured protein content and titrated work concentration.2.We tested Kala-azar patients"serum and healthy persons"serum of epidemic area by ELISA. The results of three antigensmethods were the same, work concentration of serum was the same(l :100).Results:The protein content of three antigens is, 901 strain with 1000ug/ml,801 strain with 960ug/ml and 951 strain with 1100ug/ml. Suitable work concentration is, 901 strain with 10ug/ml ,801 strain with 12ug/ml and 951 strain with 11ug/ml.

1、抗原的提取：收集新疆不同地区分离得到的利什曼原虫前鞭毛体，经培养，用0.01mol/L pH7.2的磷酸盐缓冲液漂洗，超声粉碎，比色法测定其蛋白质含量，间接ELISA法滴定出抗原的工作稀释度。2、检测：用提取的三株抗原，分别进行间接ELISA法测定黑热病病人血清和疫区健康人血清抗体，并以肺结核病人血清、非疫区健康人血清做对照，三株抗原所用检测方法一致，血清工作稀释度均为1∶100。
