The detectable group, biotin-ε-aminocaproic acid N-hydroxysuccinimide ester, is attached to the remaining amino group. A series of multiamine compouds, i. e. ethylendiamine, 1, 6-hexandediamine, triethylenetetramine, tetraethylenepentamine, and synthetic polyarylamide are used inlabelling, it is found that linker arms and steric hindrance effect the detection sensitivity. The probes labeled by 1, 6-hexandediamine and triethylenetetramine can detect 0.1-0.5pg target DNA in dot blot hybridization, and their sensitivities are better than the others.

本文详细考察了乙二胺、己二胺、二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺、四乙烯五胺及合成的聚乙烯胺化合物对λDNA探针的标记和检测的影响，发现胺化物链长和空间位阻影响探针的杂交和检测，用己二胺和三乙烯四胺标记的生物素探针在杂交24小时、显色8小时后检测灵敏度达0.1-0.5pg，超过其它胺化物标记的探针。

The paper studied the physiological characteristics of the leaves of Cotinus coggygria Royal Purple with different colors in autumn. Three kinds of leaf colors were selected to measure the contents of chlorophyll, anthocyanin, phenylalanin ammo-nialyase activity and the water content in the leaves. The results showed that the leaves exhibited red if it had lower chlorophyll content, higher activities of PAL and higher content of anthocyanin. The green leaves had higher chlorophyll content, lower activity of PAL, less content of anthocyanin.

本研究以美国红栌秋季叶片为试材，选取红色，中间色、绿色三种颜色的叶片，测定其叶绿素、花色素苷、苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性及叶片组织中的含水量，讨论其对美国红栌秋季叶片着色的影响，结果表明：美国红栌秋季叶片中，红色叶片叶绿素含量较低，PAL酶活性较高，花青素苷的含量较高，所以叶色呈现红色；绿色叶片中叶绿素含量较高，PAL酶活性较低，花青素苷的含量较少，所以呈现绿色。

There are interactions between polysilicic acid and hydrolyzed ferrous species, the compound ferrous with appropriate Si/Fe not only but also can lower the water treatment cost. The compound ferrous removes colloid particles in water by charge oxidation-reduction, neutralization and furl mechanism.

第四，我们用高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liquid Chromatography，HPLC)，探讨了LPS感染文昌鱼儿茶酚胺类神经递质的变化，优化了同时测定文昌鱼体液中NE、E和DA三种CAs的HPLC方法，并首次发现，文昌鱼体液中同时存在NE、E、和DA三种CAs物质，其中，E在文昌鱼中首次报道，这三种物质在LPS感染文昌鱼后浓度升高非常明显，与同期的APPs相比变化更为迅速，也体现了神经递质的主导作用，文昌鱼的CAs系统也具有了类似脊椎动物CAs系统的功能，可以初步判断CAs系统的进化源头由脊椎动物可推回到头索类。

This study use trolox, arbutin, and octyl salicylate as the control groups, and to test the ability of anti-oxidation, the activity of inhibit Tyrosinase, and the ability of absorbing UV. This research ultimately intends to investigate the applied value of those compounds into cosmetics.
