Our results suggested that the channel contains two of each subunit and the stoichiometry is apt to 2:2 if hetermeric ASIC channel is a tetramer,while the assembly of ASICs is random,the stoichiometry is not fixed(2:1 and 1:2 coexist)if hetermeric ASIC channel is a trimer.This study provided interesting new data supporting the occurrence of the homomeric and heteromeric assembly of ASICs.

另外，我们还对ASIC异聚体的分子比情况进行了初步的探讨，结果发现如果所形成的ASICs异聚体通道是四聚体，那么每种亚单位有两个，分子比倾向于2∶2；如果是三聚体，则提示ASICs的装配是随意的，分子比是不固定的，2∶1和1∶2这两种情况都存在。

For the production of reactive polyurethane cross-linkinger and curing agents,2,4-diisocyanate toluene terpolymer,which possesses the rigid structures of hexatomic ring and three reactive functional groups,was synthesized and characterized by the Fourier transform infrared,the gel permeation chromatography and the chemical analysis methods.

结果表明采用Cat-3作催化剂，在(60±2)℃下反应，可制得分子量为530~550，Mw/Mn=1.10，NCO质量分数为(25.0±0.5)%窄分子量分布的TDI三聚体；随着反应时间延长，TDI会进一步多元聚合生成多聚结构；而加入质量分数为0.4%的苯甲酰氯作为稳定剂，可有效抑制多元聚合的发生，所制备的TDI三聚体稳定性可在半年以上

In crystal, two APC-PY trimers associate into a hexamer by face. The assembly of two trimers within this hexamer is very similar to that of C-phycocyanin and R-phycoerythrin hexamers, but the tight level of the assembly of two trimers within this hexamer is clearly not so much as that of C-PC and R-PE hexamers.

These results reveal that the APC〓 trimers in the core cylinders of phycobilisomes favour a standard face to face manner to associate into a〓 hexamer, but probably, the APC〓 trimers cannot form a stable〓 hexamer like C-PC and R-PE hexamers due to the relatively weaker association between two trimers, but a relatively looser hexamer.

这些结果表明位于藻胆体core cylinder中的APC〓三聚体趋向于以通常的面对面的方式缔合成〓六聚体，但由于六聚体内两个三聚体之间的相对较弱的相互作用，APC三聚体很可能不能形成象C-藻兰和R-藻红一样的稳定的六聚体，而只能形成一个相对松弛的六聚体。

The results from GC-MS and GC analysis confirmed that the oligomer was a mixture consisting of di-(14%),tri-(45%),tetra-(31%) and pentamer(10%).
