For developing an immunoassay for multiple residues of pyrethroid pesticides, the hapten N-2- carbanmoyl-(3"-phenoxyphenyl) methyl 3-(2"-Cldoro-3",3",3"-trifluoropropenyl)-2, 2-dimethylcyclopropane- carboxylate was synthesized from cyanohydrin and 3-(2"-Chloro-3",3",3- trifluoropropenyl)-2, 2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylic acid via hydrolysis and esterification. The synthesis of the hapten was foundation of preparaing anti- cyhalothrin polyclonal antibodies.

Compared with the Epoxy resorcinol-formaldehyde resin pretreatment system and Maleic anhydride pretreatment system developed by Xusigui, the 40% carbolated styrene-butadiene latex system can keep the composite"s properties and reduce the cost of pretreatment and simplify the pretreatment technology; especially to the HST 2073 latex system, the composite"s mechanics properties are improved greatly. Secondly, the composite"s comprehensive properties and interface performance are improved by reinforced with short fiber grafted with rubber in the surface. Thirdly, to simplify the production technology of composite, we add TKM-M and RF-90 as adhesive agent to the composite blended in an internal mixer, so as to the composite can be used to industry widely, then the effect of the amount adhesive agent on the composite"s properties and interface adhesive performance was studied, from the experiments the optimum amount of adhesive agent was deduced.

SM6 and SM7 of uncrystal were analyzed through GC-MS, the results showedthat SM6 main contained unsaturated fatty aldehyde with fragrance, i.e.-2,4-decadienal(58%), tetradecanoic acid (55.78%), 2-decenal(50%), Phthalic acid isobutylundecyl ester(47%), 2, 4-Decadienal(41%), 2-Undecenal (31%), 2-Methyl-Z,Z-3, 13-octadecadi-enol(18.84%), and SM7 contained saturation alkanes, i.e. 1, 2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid, butyl cyclohexyl ester(23.90%), Triacontane(22.63%),Nonacosane(21.04%), Heptadecane(18.84%), Octacosane(13.58%). Toxicological experiments were done to insure the pigment safety.

Based on our intensive studies on the lactonization of oligo/polysialic acids, we proposed for the first time that the lactone-ring formation of oligo/polysialic acids has three stages. We also provided a novel model to explain the conformational changes of oligo/polysialic acids caused by the repulsing forces among the carboxyl groups of sialic acid residues. Our results should provide novel approaches for further investigation of the structural-functional relationships of oligo/polysialic acids.
