Based on the characteristic that boracic acid (H3BO3) has a condasation and complexation reaction with 3-MCPD forming a negative-charged adduct in aqueous phase, arapid method for the direct determination of 3-MCPD in HVP by capillary electrophoresis with conductivity detection was investigated.

A total of one hundred fifty three healthy male and female adults were entered into a six month,doubleblind clinical study designed to evaluate the effect of a dentifrice containing 0.3% triclosan and 2.0% PVM/MA copolymer in a 0.243% sodium fluoride/silica base, relative to a 0.243% sodium fluoride silica base control dentifrice on supragingival plaque accumulation and gingivitis.

本研究的目的是证实含0.3％三氯羟苯醚，2.0％PVM／MA及0.243％氟化钠以二氧化硅磨料牙膏在减少菌斑积聚和牙龈炎形成方面对中国成年人群的效果。153名健康男女分为实验组及对照组，用双盲法评价6月后临床效果。采用纳入和排除的评价标准后进行了基线检查，实验对象每日使用分配的牙膏和软毛牙刷早晚刷牙一次，3个月和6个月再次检查。检查结果表明，使用含有三氯羟苯醚－共聚体牙膏组与使用不含该成分的对照组相比，实验对象的牙菌斑、牙龈炎指数分别减少16.1％及24.3％，均有统计学显著性意义（P＜0.001）。

Three antioxidative parameters(SOD super oxide dismutase、MDA malondialdehyde and GSH reduced glutathione hormone)were also measured.Results:The skin elasticity and water content improved increasingly according to the MPA measurements of the two group 4 weeks after the last irradiation.The hydroxyproline of the skin in the Q-switched 1064-nm Nd:YAG laser of 0.6J/cm~2、1.5 J/cm~2 and 2.5 J/cm~2 group showed 7.1%,13.1%and 19.8%(p＜0.05)increase respectively compared to their controls,the enhancement of dermal thickness were 15.5%,29.7%and 38.4%;The hydroxyproline of the skin in the Q-switched 532-nm Nd:YAG laser of 0.5J/cm~2、1.2 J/cm~2 and 2.0 J/cm~2 group showed 6.9%,9.6%and 14.2%(p＜0.05)increase respectively compared to their controls,the enhancement of dermal thickness were 5.5%,15.1%and 29.9%,among which the Q-switched 1064-nm laser group had the greatest effect. The result of antioxidative parameters showed some juvenescence change at the radiated skin.

结果：末次照射后第4周，Q开关1064-nmNd：YAG激光组(以下简称1064 nm组)和Q开关532-nmNd：YAG激光组(以下简称532-nm组)大鼠各实验侧的皮肤弹性和含水量都明显好于对照侧；1064-nm组和532-nm组实验侧的皮肤羟脯氨酸含量和真皮内胶原厚度都较对照组显著增大(P＜0.05)，其中1064-nm组的三种不同能量密度：0.6 J/cm~2、1.5 J/cm~2、2.5 J/cm~2的激光照射的皮肤区域的羟脯氨酸含量增加率为7.1%，13.1%和19.8%，真皮厚度增加率为15.5%，29.7%和38.4%，532-nm组的三种不同能量密度：0.5 J/cm~2、1.2 J/cm~2、2.0J/cm~2的激光照射的皮肤区域的羟脯氨酸含量增加率为6.9%，9.6%和14.2%，真皮层厚度增加率为5.5%，15.1%和29.9%，相比而言1064-nm组的羟脯氨酸及真皮层厚度增加率均较高；抗氧化指标显示两组大鼠实验侧皮肤的抗氧化能力增加，呈年轻化改变。

In the process of laboratory study, oxycodone was prepared by oxidating thebaine at 6,14-position under oxydol, hydrodeoxidizing 7,8-position double bond and 14-position ether under palladium catalyst. Furthermore, N-methyl of oxycodone was isolated byα-chloro-ethyl chloroformate under anhydrous condition and protection of 14-position hydroxyl to obtain noroxycodone, which was further converted into methylnaltrexone by N-alkylation in presence of cyclopropyl bromomethane, then by isolating 3-position methyl of methylnaltrexone under boron tribromide, becoming hydrochloride to prepare target compound, natrexone hydrochloride.

Studies also indicated that genistein exsists not only in soybeans but also in many kinds of plants such as vegetables and fruits.As a potential anticancer agent, the actional mechanisms of genistein mainly includes as follows:First, genistein can depress the activity of protein tyrosine kinase and transduction pathways for the phosphorylation of receptors and mitosis signal. So genistein can lead to cells' proliferation depressed. Second, genistein has minimal effects of phytoestrogens. It can be combined with estrogen receptor and improve the synthesis of cellular sex hormone binding glulobin, and improve the activity of UDP-glucuronyl transferase. Through these pathways, it can inhibit the cell activity of breast cancer and prostate cancer.
