The results shown that both [Cu_2]~2+ and NR molecular can intercalates into the DNA double helix layer, and there is a competition between these two interactions. Furthermore, chemometrics approach, parallel factor analysis, was used to resolve the measured three-way CW-SFS data, which provided simultaneously the concentration information for the three reaction components, NR, [Cu_2]~2+ and NR-DNA, for the system at each equilibrium point. This PARAFAC analysis indicated that the intercalation of the [Cu_2]~2+ molecule into the DNA proceeds by exchanging with the NR probe, and can be attributed to two parallel reactions.

First, a full three-dimensional numerical model is developed, which considering not only the rib resistance to the species, but both the single- and two-phase flow and transport in the gas channels and diffusers at both the anode and cathode sides of PEM fuel cell. Two sets of boundary conditions, one for a conventional flow field and the other for an interdigitated one, are presented. A detailed discussion of the numerical techniques for the PEM fuel cell model is given with a flow diagram to provide an overview of the solution procedure using FORTRAN language.

The CFD software STAR-CD is used to simulate the normal operating conditions of cold and hot plenums in China Experimental Fast Reator. Complex 3-dimension model is established by using porous medium method. The temperature and velocity distributions of cold and hot plenums are given. These results are compared with the data of the thermal designs of CEFR which have been completed. Meanwhile, the influence of the buoyancy forces is analyzed.
