Methods: We collected 121 of clinical isolates of Enterobacter, including 87 isolates Enterobacter cloacae, 34 isolates Enterobacter aerogenes, all of the isolates were detected by cefoxitin three-dimension test, drug resistance phenotypes estimation, cloxacillin disc synergy test and cloxacillin-potentiated disc diffusion test respectively to find high-level AmpC β-lactamase isolates, drug resistance phenotypes estimation were also used to detected high induction producing AmpC β-lactamases isolates, meanwhile, we took three-dimension test as standard method, and compared to other methods, then calculated the coincidence rates, sensitivities and specificities of them.

Mallory trichrism staining exhibited light blue samples. Eight weeks following repair, CT showed round blunt defect edges in the coronal position, which had bony pustute connection with gel materials. Density at the defect region significantly increased. 3D reconstruction suggested that defects became small. After hematoxylin-eosin staining, abundant fibrous connective tissue appeared in defect regions, with bony tissues. Mallory trichrism staining revealed that maroon mature bone tissues were found, surrounded by light blue chondroid tissues. Twelve weeks following repair, coronal defect regions were filled with callus. 3D reconstruction showed that defects were repaired. Defect region and surrounding bony tissues had bony connection, with thick bone trabecula and mature Haversian system.

We obtained the nasal deformation with three-dimensional reconstruction images and adjusted to separate the images of nasal cartilage, defined the form and structure of nasal deformation. Then we measured 10 cases of adult cadavers nasal alar, lateral and septal cartilage through modern mechanical measuring instruments, to obtain the elastic modulus of above three part structure of nasal cartilage, then to obtain more accurate nasal cartilage elastic modulus data through statistical analysis. At the same time, according to the relevant literature, we obtained nasal soft tissue biomechanical properties, mainly were elastic modulus and Poisson\'s ratio. Finally we established three-dimensional finite element analysis model of unilateral cleft lip nasal deformation, defined the model\'s constraint conditions and carried out biomechanical measurement and analysis of unilateral cleft lip nasal deformation.
