Three part of research works had been carried out in the dissertation. The first part: a kind of multidentate amine modified silica gel was synthesized through the following steps:(1) introduce the amino groups onto the surface of silica-gel by the treatment of surface silanol groups withγ-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane;(2) michael addition of excess trihydroxymethyl propyl triacrylate to amino groups on the silica gel surface;(3) amidation of the unreacted double bonds of TMPTA on the surface of TMPTA modified silica gel with diethylenetriamine;(4) the multidentate amine modified silica gel was finally obtained by the reaction of amino groups on the surface of DETA modified silica gel with double bond of butyl acrylate.

本论文进行了三部分研究工作，第一部分：通过多步反应对硅胶进行改性合成了一种多齿胺改性硅胶配体，合成过程如下：1通过γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷与硅胶表面的硅羟基反应，使硅胶表面带有氨基；2利用硅胶表面氨基与过量的三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯发生Michael加成反应；3利用二乙烯三胺与TMPTA改性硅胶表面未反应的双键发生反应使硅胶表面氨基化；4最后用丙烯酸正丁酯与DETA改性硅胶表面氨基充分反应成功合多齿胺改性硅胶配体。

The feedstock was changed from high purity meta- trimethylbenzene to meta- trimethylbenzene blended with 45%-55% mixed trimethylbenzene obtained from the top of the heavy component removal column; the original 3-column separation scheme was replaced by 2 columns; and modified the isomerization reaction system in compatible with the separation system for capacity enlarge.

金陵石化公司炼油厂针对异构化装置生产均三甲苯经济效益不明显的情况，改变了原料路线，在原以高纯度偏三甲苯为原料的基础上掺炼 4 5 %～ 5 5 %的脱重组分塔塔顶混合三甲苯；优化了均三甲苯分离流程，将原来的三塔流程改为两塔流程；进行了异构化反应系统与分离系统相匹配的扩容改造，收到了良好的效果，均三甲苯生产能力由 4 5 0t/a提高到 12 0 0t/a ，收率由 11%提高到 2 2 。0 %～ 2 4 。0 %，纯度由 97.9%提高到 98.9%。

Three primer pairs located in psbA~trnK, psbB~psbH and trnR-ACG~trnN-GUU regions were applied in phylogenetic analysis according to Maximum parsimony and Neighbor-joining methods. The consistent results between the phylogenetic analysis and taxonomy indicated the application potential of the three primer pairs in phylogenetic analysis and species identification. However, due to no sequence variation observed in amplified regions between two vegetable soybean varieties (KS5 and KS8), two cowpea subspecies (Vigna unguiculata ssp. cylindrica and Vigna unguiculata ssp. sesquipedalis), and among three rice varieties (TNG67, TK9, and TCS10), the three primer pairs are not effective in identifying variation within species.

选择其中三组引子对(基因体位置为psbA~trnK、psbB~psbH及trnR-ACG~trnN-GUU)增幅片段之序列进行亲缘分析，以最大简约法及邻接法之分群结果皆与目前植物分类相符，故三组引子对在物种间亲缘关系分析及物种鉴定上都有不错的效果，位於psbA~trnK及psbB~psbH之引子对效果尤佳，但是三组引子对在物种内变异的辨识效果不甚理想，在两个毛豆品种间(高雄5号与高雄8号)、两个豇豆亚种间及三个水稻品种间(台农67号、台稉9号与台中秈10号)的增幅片段没有明显差异存在。

A three-dimensional simulation method based on Matlab was designed. Moreover its better simulation was verified by a contrast diagram from different fiber finesses and a figure after three dimensional mapping. Finally, the main applications and their development directions for the two methods were prospected on a simulation based on lines and a three-dimensional map.
