The bone width of mandibular angle shortened (7.69 ± 0.89) mm; the soft tissue width of mandibular angle shortened (5.13±1.19) mm; the both gonial angle increased (5.68±1.43)° and (5.91±1.66)°, respectively. Applied to actual surgery procedure, the operation time shortened and precision of operation was improved.

结果提示，计算机三维重建及模拟技术有助于揭示下颌角肥大截骨后骨及软组织变化的规律，是模拟手术并选择手术方案的良好辅助手段。

Methods:①Make clinical scale of the magnitude of the tongue and the palate to the group of the OSAHS and the normal control②Successive scanning of the upper airway at the states of the normal inspiration and under the Müller action on both normal controls and the OSAHS patients with multi-slice spiral computed tomography. 采用高分辨率多排CT(multi-slice spiral computed tomography，MSCT)对正常人和OSAHS患者的上呼吸道分别在平静吸气状态下以及Müller动作下进行连续扫描，扫描范围从鼻咽顶部至舌骨下缘，图象进行三维重建，应用图像工作站测量正常人和OSAHS患者的软腭后区(retropalatal region，RP)、悬雍垂后区(uvula region，UV)、舌后区(retroglossal region，RG)和会厌后区(epiglottal region，EPG)气道横截面积(cross section area，CSA)、矢状径、冠状径、咽侧壁和咽后壁软组织厚度以及舌体大小(包括舌体长度、舌体最宽处的宽度、中纵切面面积，舌背高度)。

In my study, a three-dimensional finite element model of human cranial-maxillary complex osteodistraction was established. The stress distribution and displacement under different loads were evaluated. The experiment results were feasible and effective to the stress analysis in the process of orthodontic and orthognathic treatment.

The study sample was composed of 40 female patients with maxillary excess or bimaxillary protrusion. The mean age of patient was 25.9. All patients had undergone the modified Wunderer technique for anterior subapical osteotomy. The postoperative follow-ups were all over 6 months.
