It is the first important step in video analysis and will directly affects the effectiveness of indexing Shot boundary detection is one of our major research interests and we will tackle the following existing problems the ambiguity between gradual change and camera motion, the discontinuity during gradual change, false detection caused by illumination variation and flashlight, automatic threshold selection Firstly, we discuss shot boundary detection in non-compressed domain In chapter 2, we compare some of the commonly used detection methods which are based on frame difference and point out that single feature will not generate good results As a conclusion, we use fuzzy logic to combine multiple features Presently, most frame difference based shot boundary detection algorithms rely on threshold and hence the selection of such thresholds will greatly affect the performance of boundary detection We propose a membership function to define frame difference and calculate the membership with self adaptation according to the statistic distribution of frame differences to satisfy different type of video clips Experiments show that the proposed fuzzy shot boundary detection algorithm can be used with different video types and has a high detection precision and recall In chapter 3, we discuss model-based shot boundary detection algorithms regarding chromatic and spatial editing effects such as fade-in, fade-out, dissolve and wipe Various parameters are proposed to better describe the characteristics of each editing type.

镜头边界的检测是把视频自动地分割为一个个镜头，作为基本的索引单元，因此它是视频分析重要的第一步，直接影响到视频检索的成败。镜头边界的检测是本文研究的重点之一。目前镜头边界检测算法主要存在以下问题：渐变与镜头运动难以区别；渐变过程中的不连续与停顿、光照条件的变化及闪光灯等特殊情况会引起误检测；自动选择阈值比较困难等。本文首先针对非压缩域视频进行了镜头边界检测的研究。在第二章中我们采用了比较流行的基于帧间差的方法。在比较各种帧间差计算方法的基础上，指出使用单一的特征难以取得很好的检测效果，提出用模糊逻辑综合使用各种特征。目前大多数基于帧间差的镜头边界检测算法都采用阈值法进行镜头转换的判别。阈值选择的误差对检测性能有较大的影响，本文提出用隶属度函数定义帧间差较大、中等较大和较小等概念，并根据帧间差的统计分布自适应地确定隶属度，以适应不同类型的视频片断。实验结果表明这种基于糊逻辑的镜头边界检测算法可以适应不同的视频，并具有较高的检测精度和检出率。在第三章中采用基于模型的方法进行镜头渐变的检测，研究了淡入／淡出、慢转换和扫换的模型。

The factors affect on the degree of substitution of product, yield and apparent viscosity, such as the mol rates of EPTAC with -NH2, reaction temperature, reaction time and the content of water in system have been discussed in detail. FTIR spectrometer and UV spectrometer are used to characterize the structure of the derivative and it is proved that substitution reaction mainly occurs on the -N element .The particle size and morphology of chitosan and quantemary ammonium salt of chitosan are analysised by comparing photos of their scanning electron microscope. The degree of substitution of HACC is determined by acid -base conductometric titration. An error in current formula of DS has pointed out and a correct formula has presented.On the base of experience of above experiment, the reaction conditions of HACC were systematically investigated through orthogonal design, and then the best conditions are found. Water-solubility and dependence of pH are studied.

壳聚糖和环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵在异相条件下发生反应，通过单因素实验，制备了一系列不同性能的壳聚糖季铵盐，本文首次详细讨论了反应条件(反应摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度、水含量)对产率及产物性能的影响；用红外光谱和核磁共振对结构进行表征分析时，发现季铵盐阳离子基以N位上取代为主；通过电镜图片对壳聚糖和季铵盐衍生物外观形貌进行对比，采用酸碱电导滴定法测定产物的取代度，并对常用取代度公式做了修正。

Methods The method of replenishing qi to reinforce the spleen and dissolving phlegm to remove turbidity was used,and eight periumbilical points (Tianshu,Huaroumen,Wailing,Yinjiao and Shuifen),points Guanyuan and Zusanli were selected in cooperation with auricular-plaster therapy.In the corresponding period,30 healthy persons were selected for comparison.Changes in FBG,INS,ISI,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were evaluated after acupuncture in simple obesity patients.Also were changes in waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,body weight and BMI,and differences in them between the curative effects on degree Ⅰ and degree Ⅱ obesity.

方法采用&益气健脾，化痰消浊&法，取脐周八穴(天枢、滑肉门、外陵、阴交、水分)、关元、足三里等穴，配合耳穴贴压，并与同期30例健康体检者比较，观察针刺前后单纯性肥胖症患者FBG、INS、ISI、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C的变化；还观察针刺前后单纯性肥胖症患者腰围、臀围、腰臀比、体重、BMI的变化，及其Ⅰ度肥胖、Ⅱ度肥胖的疗效差异。

The comparison test of this new methodwith spray inoculation method was conducted. The results showed the former method could increase the incidence ofdisease and uniformity than the latter one. Used cotyledon-brushing with conidial suspension and fungicide foliarspraying method, the EC 50 values of hexaconazole, myclobutanil, triadimefon, thiophanate-methyl and chlorotha lonil to Sphaerotheca fuliginea treated in different time after inoculation were determined; the results showed that 96 h was better time for disease severity evaluating.

比较了白粉病菌分生孢子悬浮液涂抹法和喷雾法接种黄瓜幼苗子叶的效果，结果表明，涂抹法发病率高，均匀度更好；测定了接菌后不同时间施药，白粉病菌对己唑醇、腈菌唑、三唑酮、甲基硫菌灵和百菌清等 5 种杀菌剂的敏感性，结果表明，接菌后 96h 施药较为敏感，测得的 EC 50 较小。

Plasma specific antibodies IgA, IgG, IgM to Cpn were measured by microimmunofluorescence test. A group of individuals with Cpn specific IgA (titler:32) suggested chronic Cpn infection were compared with a group of control subjects with IgA (titler:32). Blood specimens were drawn for determination of serum lipids and Cpn antibodies. And the serum lipids profile were compared in the two groups.

In chapter 2, we focus on derivation of the tortuosity models for flow of Newtonian incompressible fluid in two- and three-dimensional porous media with spherical, cubic and plate-like particles by applying the geometrical method. We first present the ideal geometrical models of porous media to show the ideal and representative streamlines based on the assumption that some particles in porous media are unrestrictedly overlapped and hence of different configurations, then the average tortuosity is derived by geometrically and weightedly averaging these representative flow paths.

第二部分采用几何分析法研究了二维和三维情况下的球形颗粒、立方体颗粒和板状颗粒多孔介质中流体流线的迂曲度，首先给出多孔介质的理想几何模型，通过分别考虑固体颗粒重叠时、不重叠时以及粒子的不同排列等情形时的流体流线，然后对这些理想代表性流线的迂曲度取几何平均和加权平均，最后推导出流体流过多孔介质的迂曲度解析表达式。
