Polynomial smooth techniques are applied to SVM model and replace x+ by a very accurate smooth approximation that is Hermite Interpolation polynomial,thus the undifferential model is converted into a differential model.The deduction procedure of Hermite Interpolation polynomial smoothing x+ is extended.

三次Hermite插值多项式光滑的支持向量机模型采用的是一种多项式光滑技术，用三次Hermite插值多项式代替单变量函数x+，将原来不可微的模型变为可微的模型，并且给出了三次Hermite插值多项式光滑化单变量函数x+的推导过程。

By projecting 3D models into 1D smooth principal curves, equally segmentation and sampling along the length of curve are implemented to extract shape feature vectors, then one can retrieve 3D model according to the matching result of shape feature vectors of 1D manifold.

本文将三维网格模型，投影为三维的光顺主曲线；通过对主曲线沿弧长方向的均匀分割采样，提取主曲线的空间位置和姿态等形状特征；最后通过形状描述向量的比较实现了对应的三维模型检索。

Based on analyzing regression analysis, neural network and the least square support vector machines that the three soft computing methods fitting for data fitting, in the paper try to use nonlinear regression analysis, the BP neural network based on Levenberg-Marquardt training algorithm, radial basis function neural network on orthogonal least square training algorithm and least square support vector machines for tracking the position of glass plate.

Based on data cloud, which is measured from 3-coordinate measuring machine or so, an algorithm to search lopological structure from 3D unorganized points using Envelopment-box technology is proposed in this thesis. Based on this method, we searching neighbor points of sampling point. We also improve the Max-Min angle criteria to realize local triangulation, and then get the normal of sampling point from the triangulation. Using the normal and neighbor relationship, classification of scattered data points is realized according to the quadric surface.

本文以测量得到的曲面数据点点云为基础，提出了一种基于包围盒的自动寻找三维散乱数据点之间拓扑结构的方法，采用该方法寻找采样点的邻域结点，并对三角剖分中的典型优化准则—最小内角最大准则提出了改进，按照改进后的优化准则实现了采样点的局部三角划分，并进一步求解得到采样点的法向量，依据法向量及邻域拓扑关系在二次曲面的基础上实现了散乱数据曲面重构中的数据点的自动分类。

Three-way data analysis (Chapter 1 to 5 of Part Ⅰ): In terms of the symmetry of trilinear model, several statistical criteria including coupled vectors resolution errors and slice-wise diagonalization error are proposed for statistically plausible resolution of trilinear data. These criteria form the basis for the development of novel trilinear analysis procedures. In Chapter 1 the coupled vectors resolution method is developed for second-order calibration.

本文第三部分详细介绍应用支持向量机进行解码的实际系统硬件和软件设计，其中硬件部分重点介绍了与DSP处理信号相关的硬件原理，软件部分则重点介绍正弦信号采样点相对时间确定的方法和支持向量机分类决策函数的C语言实现方法；在深入分析CID信号协议的基础上，按照解码系统的要求，给出了如何将解码得到的二进制数据串恢复成调制之前信息的方法。
