Firstly, the three-dimension boundary question and its corresponding variation question concerning the point-source electrical field on a 3-D structure are presented. Secondly, the finite element method is used to solve the variational equation. The study area is divided into many tetrahedral elements. Then, we interpolate with a tri-linear function in each element. So, the variational equation is converted into a linear equation system. Finally, taking into account saving of time, we make use of symmetric successive overrelaxation preconditioned conjugate gradient algorithm to solve large linear system, and obtain the potential value of each node, resulting in the calculation of the apparent resistivity values on the ground surface.

The 3D topography of fractured surfaces was reconstructed and quantified by the means of SEM stereo pairs, image processing and analysis, and computer vision. It was shown that measured 3D roughness indexes Rs, Rq and Rmax have good positive relations to the crack propagation part of absorbed impact energy. Although fractal behavior had been checked out on the fractured surfaces, the fractal dimension was found nonsensitive to the fracture mode and mechanical properties. The geometric characteristics of fractal fractured surfaces should be quantified in fractal dimension together with absolute parameters.

The fusion DNA fragments of ag85b-mpb64 and ag85b-mpb64-esat-6 were obtained by PCR andSOE technique. Various DNA vaccines were constructed with the pcDNA3.1: fusion of two genes, and of three genes, bivalent combinations and trivalent combinations(pCA+pCM+pCE6). BALB/c mice were vaccinated with this DNA vaccines.The mice injected withBCG were positive control and the mice injected with pCDNA3.1 and PBS were negative control.The mice were immunized 3 times with 2-wk intervals. The animals in group BCG were only inoculatedsubcutaneously with 1×10~6 CFU BCG at initial vaccination. The serum IgG titers and IgG isotype weredetermined using iELISA coated with M. bovis PPD and rMAE protein expressed and depurated inprokaryotic expression system every week.
