Firstly,two novel rare earth complexes(CH_2=CHO)Ln~Ⅲ[2,6-_2PhNSiMe _3]_2Li_3Ln=Y(2,Yb(3)containing arylamido and enolate mixed ligands have been synthesized by treatment of 2 equiv of of 2,6-~iPr_2PhNHSiMe_3 with exces n-BuLi at -78℃in THF for 12h,followed by reaction with 1 equiv of LnCl_3at 80℃for 24h in one-pot.All the two compounds were characterized by spectroscopic methods,elemental analyses,and a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study.

首先，-78℃下，在两当量的2，6-~iPr_2PhNHSiMe_3(1)THF溶液中加入过量的n-BuLi，反应12小时，再加入一当量的LnCl_380℃下，反应24小时，一锅法合成了含胺基、乙烯醇基混合配体的新型稀土金属配合物(CH_2=CHO)Ln~Ⅲ[2，6-_2PhNSiMe_3]_2Li_3Ln=Y(2、Yb(3)，上述化合物结构经单晶X-ray衍射、光谱和元素分析表征，表明我们得到的是一类新型的三价稀土配合物。

Different plant expression vectors had been respectively transferred into upland cotton cultivars Jinman12, Jinmian7, Xinluzao1 and Jihe321 via Agrobacterium tumfaciens transformation. These vectors carried cryIAc3 gene, which encodes Bacillus thuringiensis δ-endotoxin, under the control of chimeric OM promoter, CaMV 35S promoter, and cotton leaf curl virus RP promoter respectively; snowdrop lectin gene (Galanthus nivals agglutinin, gna) trans-regulated by rolC promoter controlled TGAla factor; and multivalent expression construct of both cryIAc3-cpti fusion gene and gna gene. A large number of transgenic plants and their progenies had been obtained.

为了提高外源基因的表达量，延缓害虫产生耐受性，本文通过将携带有分别在高效复合OM启动子，CaMV35S启动子及棉花曲叶病毒RP启动子控制下的苏云金杆菌杀虫毒蛋白基因cryIAc3；反式调节因子增强韧皮部表达的雪花莲外源凝集素(Galanthus nivals agglutinin，GNA)基因；以及同时含有cryIAc3、豇豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂基因和gna三价抗虫基因的植物表达载体，以根农杆菌介导法分别将这些表达载体导入了陆地棉新陆早1号、晋棉7号、晋棉12号和冀合321等我国西北棉花主要栽培品种，经体细胞胚再生获得了大批转基因再生植株。

The trivalent chromium passivation film based on zincate plating obtained has compact structure with no obvious crack, and excellent anticorrosion performance. Different compositions are detected from the surface to inner film, the surface mainly contains Cr2O3-Cr3-ZnO compound, the inner (1030 nm to surface) composes of Cr2O3-ZnO-Zn.The forming process of passivation film possibly consists of four steps which are zinc dissolution, basic area appearance, gelatiniform film forming and converting to passivation film.

结果表明：锌酸盐镀锌层的三价铬钝化膜表面结构致密、无明显裂纹，具有较好的耐腐蚀性能；这种钝化膜表层与里层的组成不同，表层的组成为Cr2O3-Cr3-ZnO共混物；里层(离表层10~30 nm处)的主要组成为Cr2O3-ZnO-Zn共混物；钝化膜的成膜过程可能包括镀锌层的溶解、碱性薄层的形成、胶状膜的形成和胶状膜转化成钝化膜4个步骤。

A trivalent plant expression vector containing Bt cry1Ah gene, cry1Ie gene and glyphosate-tolerant 2mG2-epsps gene was constructed, glyphosate isopropylamine salt as a screening agent, 2mG2-epsps gene as a selectable maker gene. The vector was transfer into maize immature embryonic calli by microprojectile bombardment, and 69 T0 generation plants were obtained. PCR analysis showed that 17 plants had the integration of insect-resistant cry1Ah, cry1Ie gene and glyphosate-tolerance 2mG2-epsps gene.

同时构建了含有Bt cry1Ah和cry1Ie基因和耐草甘膦2mG2-epsps基因的三价植物表达载体，通过基因枪轰击法转化玉米愈伤组织，以2mG2-epsps为筛选标记基因，以草甘膦异丙胺盐作为筛选剂，获得T0代转化植株69株，PCR检测结果表明：有17株已完整的整合有抗虫基因cry1Ah、cry1Ie和耐草甘膦基因2mG2-epsps的3个目的基因，RT-PCR分析外源基因可以正确转录，已获得结实转基因植株。
