The results were showed that use low temperature stressmethod to relieve the Eleutherococcus senticosus seed conformation dormancy andphysiological dormancy, to induce seed germinate. Proliferation of Eleutherococcus senticosussomatic embryo without any plant growth regulathors was better in liquid medium containing1/3MS+sucrose 3%, and better in solid medium containing 1/3MS+sucrose 1%.Eleutherococcus senticosus secondary embryo was stick to matrix through espial of cytology.Eleutherococcus senticosus somatic embryo was cultivated some times to form immature frondin liquid medium, then transfer into solid medium to form full plant. The experiment wasindicated that much more Eleutherococcus senticosus immature frond can be cultured inbioreactor, so large-scale production in bioreactor culture can be done.

In chapter one,the backgrounds and current situation of operator theory in Banach space are introduced and the preliminaries of Banach space are given.In chapter two,we study the existence and uniqueness of fixed point for decreasing strict-set-contraction operator in product space.Under the weak continuous condition,we obtain the existence and uniqueness of fixed point for decreasing operator and we give an application of these results; In chapter three,we get several positive fixed point theorems of decreasing operator and the existence and uniqueness theorems of positive fixed point for operator C=A+B,C=D-A in real Banach space where the order is decided by a normal cone; In chapter four,we obtained some existence and uniqueness theorems of fixed point for some mixed monotone operators in semi-ordered Banach space.

The concrete steps to carry out this research were as follow: Firstly, observed the expression of AR and examined the expression of AR mRNA of rat vibrissa follicle stem cells in vivo in three defined phases of a hair follicle cycle, including anagen, catagen and telogen. Secondly, cultured HFSC deprived from vibrissa follicle bulge region in culture flasks and observed the expression of AR, ketertin 15 (K15), cluster of differentiation 34 (CD34) andβ1-integrin of those cells.
