Objective Observe the effect of total panax notoginseng on the proliferation and cell cycle of the SD rat's mesangial cells. To investigate the possible mechanism of tPNS's inhibiting effect in prevention and cure the glomerulitis and glomerular sclerosis of the MCs. Methods Extract the MCs from heathy SD rat, culture and passage the cells.

目的：观察三七总皂苷(total Panax Notoginseng Saponins， tPNS)对体外培养的SD大鼠肾小球系膜细胞(Mesangial cells， MCs)增殖以及细胞周期的影响，以探讨tPNS在防治肾小球炎症和硬化中的作用及可能机理。

Methods: We analyzed clinical characteristics of 3 patients with VOD induced by Gynura Rhizome and summarized diagnosis and therapy of VOD.

分析我院收治的3例土三七致肝小静脉闭塞病患者临床特点，对肝小静脉闭塞病诊断治疗进行总结。

Results:⑴Three patients took orally Gynura Rhizome after external injury by short period with large dose.

结果：⑴3例患者外伤后短期服用新鲜土三七，用量较大。

⑴Taking Gynura Rhizome inappropriately can induce VOD.

⑴不当使用土三七可引起肝小静脉闭塞病。

Results: The expression of CTGF protein and CTGF mRNA in the nomal and sham operation group is low in the intracytoplasm of Mesangial cells, renaltubular epithelial cells and renal interstitial cells. Compare with sham operation group, the expression of CTGF protein and CTGF mRNA as yellow particulate in the mode group was markedly increased, and the fibrosis of nephridial tissue is obvious. Panaxnotoginseng could significantly decrease the expression of CTGF protein and CTGF mRNA(P.05), and there was no significant difference between Panaxnotoginseng treatment group and Benazepril treatment group.

结果：正常组及假手术组肾小球系膜细胞、肾小管上皮细胞以及肾间质细胞胞浆内有少量CTGF蛋白及其mRNA的黄色颗粒状阳性反应物，模型组上述部位的CTGF蛋白及其mRNA呈强阳性表达，三七总皂苷组上述指标表达较模型组显著减少，有统计学差异(P.05)，与阳性药物组比较差异不显著。
