This paper reports the experimental equipment and technology parameter for the synthesis of diisopropylbenzene and triisopropylbenzene by catalytic alkylation between benzene and propene, the conversion of benzene is more than 98%,the selectivity of diisopropylbenzene and triisopropylbenzene is more than 40% and 36% respectively.

报道了苯与丙烯催化烷基化合成二异丙苯和三异丙苯的实验装置与工艺条件，苯的转化率达98%以上，二异丙苯的选择性≥40%，三异丙苯的选择性≥36%，经分离后可获得纯度≥95%的二异丙苯和三异丙苯产品，所提供的合成工艺基本上无污染，在国内外具有先进的技术。

Moreover,it was demonstrated that the threesubstances,E,DE and DA,increased dramatically and quickly after LPS treatment.Also,it was revealed that the changes of three substances were more quickly than thechanges of the above mentioned APPs during the same LPS treatment.Thesesuggested that the three substances existed as neurotransmitter.The presence and thechange of the CAs in amphioxus after treated with LPS indicated the evolutionaryexistence of CAs and acute phase response in the protochordate lineage.

第四，我们用高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liquid Chromatography，HPLC)，探讨了LPS感染文昌鱼儿茶酚胺类神经递质的变化，优化了同时测定文昌鱼体液中NE、E和DA三种CAs的HPLC方法，并首次发现，文昌鱼体液中同时存在NE、E、和DA三种CAs物质，其中，E在文昌鱼中首次报道，这三种物质在LPS感染文昌鱼后浓度升高非常明显，与同期的APPs相比变化更为迅速，也体现了神经递质的主导作用，文昌鱼的CAs系统也具有了类似脊椎动物CAs系统的功能，可以初步判断CAs系统的进化源头由脊椎动物可推回到头索类。

With the development and application of three-terminal devices, a millimeter-wave three-terminal device oscillator has some advantages over a two-terminal oscillator, for instance, operation frequency band, efficiency, stability and integrity. Especially, for PHEMT (pseudomorphic high electron-mobility transistors) oscillator and HBT (heterojunction biplor transistors) oscillator, there is lower noise and better integrity, operate in wider dynamic range and higher frequency band.

随着三端器件的发展，相对于毫米波二端器件振荡器而言，毫米波三端器件振荡器具有工作频带宽、效率高、工作稳定和集成度好等优点，特别是用PHEMT和HBT器件制作的振荡器，具有更低的噪声，更大的动态范围，更好的集成度，可以工作在更高的频段，所以固态器件毫米波振荡器已逐步向三端器件振荡器发展。

The thesis consists of two main sections. The synthesis of 1,3,4-thiadiazoles,triazolotriazines and dioxapyrrolinopyrazoles containing chiral pyrazolyl moietyfrom D-glucose is described in the first part and the section one is about theDiels-Alder reactions between dienophile enaminones and diene 1,2,4-triazines,which provides a new methodology to construct the pyridine compounds. A total of37 new compounds were synthesized.

本论文包含两部分内容，一是以D-葡萄糖为原料合成含手性吡唑基的1，3，4-噁二唑、三唑并三嗪及二氧代吡咯啉并吡唑类化合物；二是将烯胺酮作为亲双烯体，与双烯体1，2，4-三嗪类化合物发生Diels-Alder反应，发现了一令人意外的构建吡啶类化合物的新方法。

For the above purposes, using a tailored cyanometalate precursor,(1) Tp=hydrotris (pyrazolyl borate; Bu〓N〓=tetrabutylammonium cation , two trinulear complexes,〓(2),〓(3; cyclam: 1, 4, 8, 11-tetraazacyclotetradecane), two one-dimensional polymers,〓(4; dien: diethylenetriamine),〓(5), and a cluster 〓(6) have been synthesized and characterized structurally and magnetically.

In thesecond chapter, eleven 1,3,4-oxadizoles bearing chiral pyrazolyl moieties(4a-k) andfive triazolotriazines bearing chiral pyrazolyl moieties(5a-e) were obtained from5-[(1"S)-1",2-diacetyl-oxyethyl]-1-phenylpyrazol-3-carboxaldehyde(1) with arylcar-bohydrazide or (5-aryl-1,2,4-triazin-3-yl)hydrazine through an intramolecular1,3-dipolar cycloaddition in the presence of the non-metal oxidant IBD.
