The system utilized four laser scanners along lengthwise direction of the log. Data are obtained in every ten degrees when log is turning, in each cross section, 36 data are obtained. Then the data obtained were processed and an outline of the cross section of the log was developed on computer screen. Afterwards, the largest inscribed circles for log cross sections were determined according to the principle that three points can determine a circle. Secondly, the points located on the cross sections were linked up along some log generative in order to simulate the three-dimension log outline. At last the largest right circular cylinder were optimized and the optimum turning center was determined by means of projective theory.

具体作法是：在木段长度方向均匀设置四个激光传感器，当木段旋转时，起动激光传感器，进行数据采集，每隔10~0扫描一个点，在各横断面圆周上共采集36个点的数据，由计算机处理采集的数据，并绘制出原木横断面的几何图形，再根据三点定圆的原理，确定出最大内接圆；其次，模拟原木三维廓形，即将原木相邻横断面上离散点沿着母线方向连线，由计算机分析处理，绘制原木三维廓形；最后，采用投影法，优化出原木最大内接圆柱体，并确定原木回转中心线。

The first one is to generate the circle for each borderline segment of the component by considering the segment length and the prescribed tolerance value. If this is not the case, the borderline segment will be equally divided into halves until the obtained circle satisfies the tolerance value over the whole borderlines of the component. The basic idea of the last two algorithms aims at covering the domain occupied by the component as much as possible. The circle generation is carried out sequentially from salient angle to the sector formed by the salient angle till the uncovered borderline segments of the component. Particularly, the three-step algorithm with gap allows that the generated circles are distributed with gap along the component contour.

二分法利用组件各边长度和设置的容差大小得到该边的候选包络圆，若该圆不满足组件所有边的容差要求，则将该边不断地对分，直至所得到的包络圆满足各边的容差要求；三步划分法和带间隙的改进三步划分法则以组件区域为划分对象，依次对组件多边形凸顶角、凸扇形区和多边形各边剩余线段划分包络圆，且带间隙的改进三步划分法则允许包络圆在组件边界上以适当的间隙分布。

Considering the triangulation problem of 3D surface data set of 3DLCS, the thesis presents a multiresolution triangulation method to fit the raw scanning data set and another triangulation method of 3D scattered data set basing on 2D DT construction to fit 3D compressing data set.

Secondly, we provide a two-level model to depict the one-, two-and three-photon fluorescent process and with it to calculate the one-, two-and three-photon fluorescence intensity dependence of the incident excitation intensity and time. We study the fluorescence intensity when excitation light's time distribution are square pulse、Gaussian pulse and sech pulse. We find that the influence of excitation light's time distribution on the two- and three- photon fluorescence peak intensity is larger than the one-photon fluorescence peak intensity. Two-level model can account for the behavior of saturation fluorescence.

然后用二能级模型解释了单、双、三光子激发原理，在理论上推导出了单、双、三光子吸收诱导荧光强度与脉冲强度以及脉冲作用时间的关系，并进一步研究了入射光时间分布分别为矩形、高斯型、双曲正割型时激发溶解在氯仿溶液中的C22H22N4O样品所产生的荧光峰值光强，结果表明激发光的时间分布对双、三光子荧光峰值强度的影响比对单光子的影响要大。
