The 26 terpenoids in the essential oil extracted from the leaves of Phoebe faberi have been identified by GC-MS technique, such as-S--3,7,11-trimethyl-1,6,10-dodecatrien-3-ol (39.34%),β-caryophyllene (29.18%),-zingiberene (5.16%) and caryophyllene oxide (4.21%).

利用GC-MS联用技术从竹叶楠叶挥发油中鉴定了26个萜类化合物，如---3，7，11-三甲基-1，6，10-十二碳三烯-3-醇（相对含量39.34%）、β-丁香烯（29.18%）、姜烯（5.16%）和氧化丁香烯（4.21%）。

Condition optimization for its efficient fermentation was also carried out. The reaction and separation system with the addition of resin HD-8 and the isoeugenol/aquoeus biphasic system of the biotransformation of isoeugenol to vanillin by Bacillus fusiformis CGMCC1347 were set up. The isolation and purification of isoeugenol and vanillin in both systems were studied. The reuse of the immobilized cells in biphasic system was successfully applied.

SW-B9的基础上，对该菌株进行了生理生化特性鉴定以及16S rDNA序列分析，命名为纺锤芽孢杆菌CGMCC1347；继而对该菌株的发酵条件进行了研究，首次建立了纺锤芽孢杆菌CGMCC1347转化异丁香酚生成香草醛的树脂分离耦合体系和异丁香酚—水两相体系，同时对此二体系的底物和产物的分离提取进行了研究，成功实现了两相体系中固定化细胞的反复利用。

This paper focused on the biotransformation of isoeugenol to vanillin by microorganisms. After the isolation of Bacillus sp. SW-B9 from soil, its physiological, biochemical characteristics and the 16S rDNA were analyzed.

Eugenia caryophyllata Thumb belongs to Syzygium, Myrtaceae and distributes widely in south China. The bud richly contains the clove oil that possesses remarkable officinal value.

RESULTS: 12 compounds were isolated and identified as aurantiamide acetate (1), aurantiamide benzoate (2), physcion (3), scopoletin (4), vanillin (5), coniferyl aldehyde (6), syringaldehyde (7), syringic acid (8), luteolin (9), apigenin (10), azelaic acid (11), dotriacontanic acid (12), respectively.

结果：从羊耳菊全草的氯仿和乙酸乙酯部分共分离得到12个化合物，分别鉴定为橙黄胡椒酰胺乙酸酯(1)，橙黄胡椒酰胺苯甲酸酯(2)，大黄素甲醚(3)，东莨菪亭(4)，香草醛(5)，松柏醛(6)，丁香醛(7)，丁香酸(8)，木犀草素(9)，芹菜素(10)，壬二酸(11)，三十二烷酸(12)。

There weremainly p-hydroxybenzoic acid,vanillic acid,and syringic acid in soybean root exudates.Vanillicacid,syring acid and ferulic acid were found in soybean shoots.The soybean roots containedvanillic acid and p-coumaric acid.

大豆根分泌物中主要含有对羟苯甲酸、香草酸和丁香酸，而大豆植株地上部主要含有香草酸、丁香酸和阿魏酸，根部以香草酸和香豆酸为主。

The mycelial growth of Rhizoctonia solani was promoted by vanillic acid and syringic acid at levels of 0.1~1 mM/L, and it was inhibited remarkably by p-counaric acid of over 1mM/L and modestly by ferulic acid. The radial extent of mycelia of Fusarium solani was increased significantly by ferulic acid of 0.1~1 mM/L and limitedly by p-coumaric acid. vanillic acid had paradoxcial effects on the growth, positively at low levels and negtively at high levels, on which Syringic acid had a slight effect.

试验结果显示：浓度为0.1~1mM/L的丁香酸对西洋参立枯丝核菌菌丝生长具有促进作用，香草酸也有一定的促进作用，但不呈浓度效应，浓度在1mM/L以上的香豆酸对其有显著的抑制作用，阿魏酸也有一定抑制作用；对于西洋参根腐菌，阿魏酸对其生长有明显促进作用，香豆酸也有一定促进作用，香草酸表现为低浓度促进，高浓度抑制作用，0.1~1mM/L丁香酸对其生长基本无影响。
