The teeth were randomly, blindly and self controlly divided into 2 groups.In the control group:the temporary crowns were cemented with zinc oxide cement.In the testing group:Green Or was applied before the temporary crowns were cemented with zinc oxide cement.

选择因正畸治疗需要而计划拔除的20颗前磨牙进行金属烤瓷全冠牙体预备，其中每2颗牙均为同颌同名牙；采用随机、双盲、自身对照设计分为2组：对照组在牙预备体上直接用氧化锌丁香酚水门汀粘固暂时冠；观察组在牙预备体上涂布极固宁TM后用氧化锌丁香酚水门汀粘固暂时冠。

In the paper,the essential oil of Syringa oblate Lindl var affinis Lingelsh bud from Qinghai was extracted by the method of water vapor distillation. After detected by GC-MS,47 peaks were separated from the oil. Among them,26 compounds taken up 88.7% of total peak areas were identified.

丁香杀螨活性成分的追踪分离、纯化与结构鉴定：采用硅胶柱层析法，以石油醚：乙酸乙酯溶剂系统梯度洗脱，对丁香石油醚提取物进行分离，得到A~F 等6 段混合物，离体杀螨试验发现，C 段混合物具有突出的杀螨活性，50%浓度平均15min可杀死全部供试螨虫。
