In this study, the malondialdehyde content, the glutathione peroxidase activity, and the superoxide dismutase activity in black porgy Sparus macrocephalus were determined after the acute exposure to TBTCl at the concentration of 4 and 20 μg·L-1. Results showed that TBTClinhibited the SOD activity in S.macrocephalus gill slightly , but there was an obvious promotion on the SOD activity in S.macrocephalus liver.

Methods 42 cases of intractable heart failure were dividedinto 3 groups, and received intravenous infusion of nesiritide (12 cases), glycerol trinitrate (15 cases), and dobutamine (15 cases) respectively. Plasma rennin activity, aldosterone and angiotensin II were measured before and after infusion in 24h and 48h.
