在由100cm3粒径0.3～0.6mm的石英砂、2mL煤油、1mL油田污水、几滴异丙醇组成的固砂模型上，根据固结砂的抗压强度和渗透率筛选出了糠醇聚合物固砂剂各组分的用量：糠醇聚合物5g，固化剂对甲苯磺酸0.5g，稀释剂醋酸丁酯5g，后固化剂NaCl+HCl溶液100mL，预冲洗液80mL，后冲洗液80mL。

EMB-resistance in 18 isolates was caused by the mutation at coden 306 in embB gene with positive rate of 62.1%. The PCR result was negative in 20 specimen from pulmonary diseases without active TB and 5 negative control strains of no MTB. The data in this study showed high specificity of 100%. Only one specimen in 7 specimen with negative result in acid-fast stain and cultivation was shown alteration in coden 306 in embB gene.

结果：130例活动性肺结核患者痰标本抗酸染色阳性38例，阳性率为29.2%(38/130)；罗氏培养阳性为79例，阳性率为60.8%(79/130)。79例培养阳性痰标本中耐乙胺丁醇29例，其中有18例在embB基因met306ATG突变，基因突变率为62.1%。20例非结核肺部疾病患者痰标本和5株非结核分枝杆菌菌株经套式PCR扩增全部为阴性，特异性为100%。7例涂阴培阴PCR扩增阳性的序列中有1例在embB基因306位密码了发生突变。

Bezaldehyde was used as protective agent in first method.S-Epichloeohydrin was aminated and acidulated to give(2S)-1-Amino-3-chloro-propanol Salts.The acetylation of (2S)-1-Amino-3-chloro-propanol by acetic anhydride produced the intermediate-N-[2--3-chloropropyl]acetamide.And then at 20℃,in the presence of lithium tert-butoxide,benzyl 3-fluoro-4-morpholinophenyl carbamate react with-N-[2--3-chloropropyl]acetamide to give linezolid in total yield of 43.6%.

路线一采用苯甲醛作保护剂，使S-环氧氯丙烷氨解、酸化生成S-1-氨基-3-氯-2-丙醇盐酸盐，然后经乙酰化反应后，生成中间体-N-[2-乙酰氧基-3-氯丙基]乙酰胺，再用N-(3-氟-4-吗啉苯基)氨基甲酸苄酯和中间体在催化剂叔丁醇锂存在下25℃反应生成利奈唑酮，总产率达到43.6%。

试验结果表明，油与多元醇在210～220℃下先醇解，然后与顺酐反应形成半酯，剩余顺酐水解成顺丁烯二酸，然后与DCPD加成，合成的树脂具有优良的空干性；同时油的使用极大地提高了涂膜的柔韧性和抗绿化性，得到的树脂性能上可满足涂料用不饱和聚酯树脂的要求。

At last,in order to lighten the electrophoretic particles,0.2 g of the succinic acid modified SiO_2 particles were dispersed at 90 ℃ in 50 mL xylene solution dissolving 0.1 g polyethene,cooled and kept for 12 h,and then the particles were encapsuled by PE by means of centrifugal sedimentation at(10 000) r/min.
