In this Ph. D. dissertation, reverse microemulsion method was fully used infabricating and modifying polyacrylamide with functional and high-relative moleculeweight. The copolymerization of 2-acrylamide-2-methylpxopanesulfonic acid, fluorescent monomer 4-methoxy-N-(2-N\', N\'-dimethylamino ethyl)naphthalimide alkyl chloride quaternary ammonium salt, fluorescentmonomer 4-(N\'-methyl-1-piperazinylallyl)-N-butyl-naphthalimide chloride quaternaryammonium salt, Cationic monomer dimethylethylammonium bromide and hydrophobical monomer octadecylacrylate with acrylamide and properties of the copolymers werestudied. The interaction between five polymers and Al_2O_3(012) crystal surface have beensimulated by Materials Studio 3.0 program package, binding energies and non-bondinteraction energies and deformation energies have also been acquired.

本文以制备具有较高相对分子质量和功能型PAM为研究目的，将反相微乳液法运用到其制备及改性的有关环节，通过反相微乳液聚合工艺，将几种改性功能单体2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基-丙磺酸、荧光单体2-(4-甲氧基-1，8-萘二甲酰亚胺基)-乙基二甲基烯丙基氯化铵、荧光单体4-(N'-甲基-1-哌嗪基)-N-丁基-1，8-萘烯丙氯季铵盐、阳离子单体丙烯酰氧乙基-二甲基-乙基溴化铵和疏水单体丙烯酸十八酯与AM共聚，制备AMPS改性PAM、荧光示踪型PAM、阳离子单体DMB改性PAM和OA改性PAM等四类不同功能单体改性PAM，并研究其应用性能。

In this article, we have been investigated that synthesizing and properties of shape memory polyurethane. The shape memory polyurethane was synthesized from PCL diol, MDI(4, 4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate) and BDO (1,4-butanediol) in this experiment. We analyzed that the effect of differential mole ratio of monomers to synthesized SMPU. Besides, the various concentrations of Nano-silver were mixed with SMPU. Mechanical properties and shape memory behavior of SMPU nanocomposite films were investigated.

本研究目的为藉由改变4，4'-二苯甲基二异氰酸盐(4，4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate， MDI)/聚己内酯二元醇(polycaprolactone diol， PCL diol)/1，4-丁二醇(1，4-butanediol， BDO)等不同莫耳比制备形状记忆型聚氨基甲酸酯(Shape Memory Polyurethane， SMPU)；并探讨改变不同单体莫耳比及添加不同浓度奈米银溶液对其物性及形状记忆性的影响。

In order to carry out the separation of the azeotropic mixture dipropyl ether + 1-propyl alcohol by extractive distillation, we are studied the influence on the phase equilibria behavior four different solvent: 1-pentanol [2], butyl propionate [3], N,Ndimethylformamide [4] and 2-ethoxyethanol.

As can be seen in Fig. 5, dipropyl ether will be recovered in the distillate using 1-pentanol, N,N-dimethylformamide and 2-ethoxyethanol as entrainers and butyl propionate is the only entrainer studied that inverts the volatility of the azeotropic mixture.

It showed that the ammonium ferric sulfate dodecahydrate was an excellent catalyst,the yield of the n-butyl lactate could reach over 95.0% under molar ratio of n-butyl alcohol and lactic acid 2.25∶1,the reaction temperature of 110～125℃,reaction time of 1.5 h and amount of the ammonium ferric sulfate dodecahydrate catalyst of 2.5%.

实验表明：NH4Fe(SO4)212H2O是合成乳酸正丁酯的良好催化剂。最佳反应条件为：醇酸物质的量比2.25∶1，催化剂的用量为反应物料总量的2.5％，酯化反应时间为1.5 h，反应温度110～125℃，酯化率可达95.0％。

Methods:the treatment group were treated with luowei, dipyridamole,pearl-sago po,and human recombined interferon a-2b and vitamine a emulsifiable paste for external application;the contral group were treated with anti-virus drugs,the drugs for external application were same to the treatment group.

治疗组口服阿昔洛韦片、潘生丁片、西米替丁片，外用重组人干扰素a-2b乳膏和维a酸乳膏；对照组口服病毒灵片，外用药物同治疗组。两组10 d为1个疗程，3个疗程后观察疗效。

两组有效率比较及两组痊愈率比较统计学均有非常显著性差异(p＜0.01)，治疗组显著优于对照组。结论：口服阿昔洛韦、西米替丁、潘生丁，外用重组人干扰素a-2b凝胶和维a酸乳膏交替外涂综合疗法治疗扁平疣疗效显著可靠，值得临床推广。
