The linear concentration ranges for γ-aminobutyric acid, valine and leucine were 5.0×10^(-3)-0.12 g/L, 5.0×10^(-3)-0.08 g/L and 5.0×10^(-3)-0.12 g/L, respectively, and the detection limits (S/N=3) were 2.5×10^(-3), 2.5×10^(-3) and 2.6×10^(-3) g/L, respectively. The relative standard deviations of the peak currents of γ-aminobutyric acid, valine and leucine were 2.5%, 4.9% and 3.9%(n=7), respectively.

In the test 5 treatments of single-sowed alfalfa or smooth brome grass, and their mix-sowing with different ratios of 50%+50%, 60%+40% and 70%+30% were set up to analyze pH, CP, NDF, ADF, acetic acid, butyric acid, lactic acid and total acid of the silage in each treatment and study the effect of alfalfa and smooth brome grass with different mix- sowing ratio on silage quality.

方法］试验设5个处理，即紫花苜蓿单播、无芒雀麦单播、紫花苜蓿＋无芒雀麦以50%+50%、60%+40%和70%+30%比例混播，分析各处理青贮材料的pH值、CP、NDF、ADF、乙酸、丁酸、乳酸和总酸的变化，研究无芒雀麦与紫花苜蓿不同比例混播对青贮品质的影响。

The target compound 1 was successfully prepared via esterification, reduction, bromization and cyanation processes by using L--malic acid (2), which is an inexpensive and easily available starting material. The overall yield was 56.7%.

For the purpose of research on relationship between liquid crystal phenomena and blood compatibility, the propionic, n-butyric esters of hydroxypropyl cellulose were prepared with hydroxypropyl cellulose and propionyl chloride/ butyryl chloride. The reaction conditions and phase behavior have been studied. The results show that the reaction time, temperature and amount of propionyl chloride have effect on content of propionyl, and the amount of proionyl chlorideis more obvious than the other factors.

液晶态的血液相容性是目前抗凝血材料研究的一个新领域，本文是在一系列液晶态材料血液相容性研究的基础上以羟丙基纤维素和丙酰氯为原料合成羟丙基纤维素丙酸酯和羟丙基纤维素丁酸酯两种液晶高分子化合物，并对其合成条件和相变行为进行了研究，结果表明：反应时间、反应温度和酰氯的用量均对产物中的酰基含量有影响，其中以酰氯用量影响最为明显。
