用正丁酸与邻苯二胺为原料，在微波照射下缩合成2-丙基苯并咪唑，再氧化开环制得2-丙基咪唑二羧酸，再经酯化、Gringard反应制得抗高血压药物奥美沙坦的关键中间体2-丙基-4-[(1-羟基-1-甲基)乙基]-1H-咪唑-5-羧酸乙酯，总收率32.2%。

The charomatographic conditions of separation and direct dermination of benzophenone-4(MS40), salizyle acid sodium, salol, benzophenone-3(M40), octyl dimethyl PABA(6007), butyl methoxy dibenzoyl methane(1789), octyl methoxyl cinnamate and octyl salicylate(587) from u-Bondapak C18 Column were studied with methanol-water-THF as elution. A HPLC method for these compounds was founded.

研究了用甲醇-四氢呋喃-水作为流动相，从C18柱上分离和测定羟苯甲酮-5-磺酸(MS40)、水杨酸钠、水杨酸苯酯、羟苯甲酮(M40)、对-二甲酸氨基苯甲酸-2-乙基己酯(6007)、4-叔丁基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酸甲烷(1789)、对-甲氧基肉桂酸-2-乙基己酯、水氧酸-2-乙基己酯(587)等8种紫外线吸收剂的色谱条件，建立了用HPLC测定上述物质的方法。

Chromatography peaks were obtained by GC-MS and 56 compounds were identified. The main components were linalyl butyrate (30.212%),(1α, 3α, 4β, 6α)-4,7,7-trimethyl-bicycloheptan-3-ol (10.940%),-4-carene (1.826%), 4-methylene-1-(1-methylethyl)-bicyclo [3.1.0] hexane (1.109%),β-myrcene (1.170%), limonene (5.784%), 3, 7-dimethyl-1, 6-octadien-3-ol (5.742%), n-hexadecanoic acid (0.914%) and-9, 12-octadecadienoic acid (2.952%), etc.

用GC-MS分离出69个峰，鉴定出56种物质，主要成分为：芳樟丁酸酯(30.212%)、(1α， 3α， 4β， 6α)-4，7，7-三甲基－双环[4.1.0]庚烷－3-醇(10.940%)、-4-蒈烯(1.826%)、4-亚甲基－1-（1-甲基乙基）－双环[3.1.0]环己烷(1.109%)、β-月桂烯(1.170%)、柠檬烯(5.784%)、3，7-二甲基－1，6-辛二烯－3-醇(5.742%)、n-棕榈酸(0.914%)、-9，12-十八碳烯酸(2.952%)等。

ConclusionThe main components of essential oils are 2,4-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl) phenol (4.4%), tetradecanoic acid (6.96%), n-hexadecanoic acid (7.69%), 9,12-cctadecadienoic acid (6.37%), hexadecanoic acid-2-hydroxy-1- ethyl ester (4.79%) and octadecanoic acid-2-hydroxy-1- ethyl ester (4.77%), respectively.

结论阿给炭挥发油的主要成分为2，4-二树丁基苯酚（4.4％）、十四酸（6.96％）、n-十六酸（7.69％）、-9，12-十八碳二烯酸（6.37％）、软脂酸-2-羟基-1-羟甲基乙酯（4.79％）、硬脂酸-2-羟基-1-羟甲基乙酯（4.77％）。

In order to obtain versatile ulitity of host molecules, three new chiral calix [4] crown ethers containing aza, thio atoms bearing two chiral sites provided by -cysteine ester were synthesized by the condensation of calix [4] arene diacid dichloride with oligoethylene glycol bridged bis-amino acid methyl ester. All new compounds were characterized by NMR, MS and elemental analysis.

以-半胱氨酸为手性源，利用多甘醇二氯醚在碱性条件下对半胱氨酸巯基进行烷基化反应，成功地合成了多甘醇醚链桥联的半胱氨酸衍生物，醚化反应后，在高度稀释条件下与对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃二乙酰氯进行双功能基缩合反应成功地合成了新型的手性杯[4]含氮、硫杂冠醚，并利用〓H NMR、MS等谱图手段对其结构进行了表征。

Results showed that extraction abilities depends on the hydrophobic of solutes which pK〓 values are similar, e. g. acetic, propionic, butyric and valeric acids, while pK〓 values affect dominantly the extraction abilities of acids with similar hydrophobic, e. g. formic, acetic, chloroacetic, dichloroacetic, and trichloroacetic acids. Meanwhile, diluents and TOA concentration also affect the extraction equilibria of acids through the specific basicity of TOA .

TOA对酸性差别很小的一元羧酸如乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、戊酸的萃取能力主要取决于羧酸的疏水性参数logP；TOA对疏水性参数差别较小的羧酸如甲酸、乙酸、一氯乙酸、二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸的萃取能力主要取决于羧酸的电性参数；稀释剂的种类、TOA的浓度都会影响TOA的表观碱度pH〓，并通过TOA的表观碱度影响羧酸的萃取平衡。

The results showed 3 types of aluminum compound prepared in this paper all had good poison protection effectiveness on such impurities as stannous chloride,lead oxide,sodium hydrogen sulfate,and so on.Moreover,the mechanism of the poison of catalyst was also discussed.
