In this paper, the characteristics and safety of bar gene, PAT proteins and glufosinate were expatiated. The bar gene and glufosinate play important roles in plant engineering, and bar sequences are considered to be as safe as any other DNA in food and have no pleiotropism.

本文对除草剂草丁膦及其抗性基因之一－bar基因及其产物PAT蛋白的一些特性和安全性作了阐述。bar基因及筛选剂草丁膦在植物基因工程中发挥着重要作用。bar基因无多效性，与食物中的DNA一样安全。

The TLC of them were concordance.They presented the same color fluorescence in the corresponding position at the ultraviolet light(365nm). After the vanillic aldehyde sulphuric acid ethanol solution developed, violet color spots presented at the same place. Reference substance of Polysaccharide presented violet color ,but in the corresponding position the crude and the prepared didn't show the spots . It proves that the chemical constituents of Polygala Root may not have changed after stir-baked with honey.

生远志正丁醇部位色谱和蜜远志正丁醇部位色谱基本一致：紫外灯（365 nm）下二者在相应位置呈相同颜色荧光，香草醛硫酸乙醇溶液显色后二者在相应位置的几个斑点均呈紫罗兰色，且远志皂苷元对照品斑点呈紫罗兰色，而在与其相应位置生远志供试品和蜜远志供试品均未检视到相应斑点。

In this study, Chitosan-Poly complex nanoparticles were prepared by template polymerization of acrylic acid in the chitosan solution. The preparation and characterization of CS-PAA nanoparticles including the yields of the nanoparticles, FT-IR spectrum analysis, dynamic light scattering, zeta potential, and morphology of nanoparticles were concentrated in this study. The effects of temperature, weight ratio of CS and PAA, and pH value on the physicochemical properties of nanoparticles were studied.

本研究中，我们以模板聚合法在几丁聚醣（Chitosan， CS）溶液中聚合丙烯酸（Acrylicacid， AA）以制备几丁聚醣－聚丙烯酸复合奈米颗粒并计算其产率，再以傅利叶红外线光谱仪、动态光散射粒径分析仪（Dynamic light scattering， DLS）、表面电位测定仪及穿透式电子显微镜等仪器分析CS－PAA 复合奈米颗粒之性质，以探讨聚合时温度、聚合反应时间、CS 与AA 之重量比，以及介质pH 值对CS－PAA 复合奈米颗粒结构的影响。

In this study, we evaluated the efficacyof preanesthetic proton pump inhibitor (PPI; oral rabeprazol)use in patients receiving regular H2-antagonisttherapy for more than 4 wk. Forty-eight patients with assumedcomplete tolerance to H2 antagonists undergoing elective surgerywere recruited and randomly assigned to receive either a preanestheticPPI (rabeprazol 20 mg; n = 24) or H2-antagonist (H2 group; roxatidine75 mg; n = 24) at 9:00 pm on the day before surgery and 2 hbefore the induction of anesthesia.

Kdr resistance and determination of frequences of kdr gene in house fly field population L1014F is the most common amino acid substitution in the kdr allele. The frequency of the L1014F kdr allele was determined by the method of PASA in fourteen field populations of houseflies with resistance factors at LD〓 for pyrethrin/ piperonyl butoxide and bioresmethrin/piperonyl butoxide from 4 to 29 and 2 to 98, respectively.
