Results:1 case with complicated pyonephrosis was treated with puncture and canalization;Two-stage operations of mini-PCNL was treated 1 week later.20 cases underwent one-stage PCNL,and were treated with single-access PCNL.The total stone clearance rate in one-stage PCNL was 95.2%;residual stones were seen in 5 case(23.8%),Only 1 case had obviously bleeding in or after operation.The mean time of operation was 2 hours,average hospitalization was 12 days.All were followed for 3-12 minths,1 case had recurrent stones.

结果：21例患者中，并发肾积脓1例，先行经皮肾穿刺造瘘术，1周后行二期mini-PCNL，其余20例均行一期穿刺取石，均为单通道穿刺取石，一期结石清除率95.2%；其中术后5例有残余结石，残余结石发生率为23.8%；术中术后有明显出血1例；手术平均时间2小时；平均住院时间12天；随访3～12个月，1例结石复发。

CASE REPORTS The retrospective analysis on258cases of early syphilis which collected from section of venereal disease of Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University,diagnosed between1998and2004were done.In all cases,cases of primary syphilis was account for25.58%,and secondary syphilis account for51.94%,latent syphilis account for21.32%,early congenital syphilis account for1.16%.Highly rate of contracting syphilis in age group between20～39years old,mostly self-employment,mostly with educational background of high school graduation.Clinical manifestation of primary syphilis were generally featured with indurated chancre,secondary syphilis with rash.

First stage started from May of 2007, three aluminium foil process lines with investment 38 million US Dollars, yearly capacity 20 000 metric tons, will put into production in April of 2008; second stage started from February of 2008 with investment 25 million US Dollars and the capacity 30 000 metric tons, three aluminium foil process lines; The third stage will start from the year 2009 with about investment 175 million US Dollars, six aluminium foil process lines, twelve casting-roll process lines and three cold-roll process lines.

Abstract］ objective to discuss the influencing factors of healing up of anastomosis between traditional and morden ideas and question the more reasonable method of intestinal tract preparation in stage one operation.methods twenty-six patients with colon cancer were divided into 3 groups:colostomy group（8 cases）,washing group (9 cases) and suction group (9 cases).all the patients underwent colectomy plus stage one anastomosis and exteriorization with different interoperative preparation with which we compared the healing up of anastomosis within the three groups.results there were 3 cases having fistula in the colostomy group （8 cases）;one case in the washing group,but all the patients in the suction groups gained stage one healing up.conclusion as a method of emergency interoperative peparation,stool suction has a better healing up of anastomosis than colostomy and washing;it is advantageous to observe the healing up of anastomosis through colectomy plus stage one anastomosis and colon-outlying.

目的 探讨影响吻合口愈合因素的传统与现代观念并进一步探讨一期手术中更为合理的肠道准备方式。方法 26例降结肠癌分为造瘘组（8例）、冲洗组（9例）和粪便吸引组（9例）三组，术中分别采用3种不同方式行紧急肠道准备，所有病人均采用结肠切除一期吻合加外置的方法，对比观察三组病人的吻合口愈合情况。结果造瘘组（8例）有3例发生瘘，冲洗组有1例发生瘘，粪便吸引组全部一期愈合。结论粪便吸引作为一种术中紧急肠道准备方法，其吻合口愈合情况优于前两组；结肠一期吻合加外置的方法有利于观察吻合口的情况。

Methods:clinical data of 23 cases of left-sided colonic carcinoma undergoing one-stage resection and primary anastomosis were analyzed respectively.intraoperative colonic lavage were performed in all cases.for the 14 cases which were considered to be dangerous,preventive ceostomy was performed.results:23 cases were performed one-stage resection and primary anastomosis,all patients had not any complications such as anastomatic leakage and infection of the peritoneal cavity.conclusions:have a strict control over operation indication,perform postoperative care properly, one-stage resection and primary anastomosis for acute obstruction of left hemicolonic carcinoma is safe and workable.

回顾性分析我院五年来23例左半结肠癌并急性梗阻一期切除吻合术的临床资料，所有病例均术中结肠灌洗，而认为有危险性的14例同时行预防性盲肠造瘘。结果：23例一期切除吻合术，无一例发生吻合口漏、腹腔感染等并发症。结论：严格掌握手术适应症，积极术前准备，充分结肠灌洗，对认为有危险性吻合口实行预防性盲肠造瘘，正确术后处理，左半结肠癌并急性梗阻一期切除吻合术是安全可行的。

The first phase array ofthe AS γ experiment began to run in June 1990. The first phase array thatconsists of 49 plastic scintillate detector has an angle resolution of 1°, atrigger rate of 20Hz and a threshold energy of about 10TeV. The second phasearray was finished on the base of the first phase array in 1994, and after that, apart of the second phase array was made high density.

一期阵列由49个塑料闪烁体探测器组成，探测阈能为10TeV左右，事例触发率为20Hz，角分辨率小于1°。1994年在一期阵列的基础上进行了扩建，扩建后阵列比一期阵列有效面积增大8倍，随后进行了部分加密，建成二期／加密阵列。

To dec.2002 were analysed by means of wounding tract and fracture.results during 24 cases of gunshot wound, wounds of 20 cases healed without event after primary debridment and sewing wounds,3 cases healed and l case infected in 4 cases of primary debridment without suture,and 4 cases of primary internal fixed fracture had no osteomyelitis.the injury of soft tissue and contamination of wound track were serious in explosion wound than in gunshot wound,10 cases healed without event and 4 cased infected in l4 cases of primary closed explosion wounds,and 2 cases of primary inernal fixed fracture had no osteomyelitis.conclusion it is suggested that the management of firearm wound in cold and dry region may be delayed moderately in time of debridement.the firearm wound may be treated by internal fixation of fracture and primary closing of tract after early debridment when the soft tissue injury was light in peacetime, which decreased the infection,disability and promoted rehabilitation of patients.

结果 24例枪伤中，20例一期缝合伤口，均一期愈合，另外4例只清创未一期缝合的伤口，3例愈合，1例感染；4例骨折内固定均愈合良好，无骨髓炎发生。16例炸伤病人局部软组织损伤及污染比枪弹伤重，14例一期缝合伤口中，10例一期愈合，4例感染，骨折内固定2例，均愈合良好，无骨髓炎发生。结论寒冷干燥地区火器伤早期伤道清创时限可适当延长，在平时火器伤的救治中，对软组织条件较好的创面，早期清创后可一期闭合伤口和骨折内固定，这样可减少感染和伤残，促进康复。寒冷干燥地区；火器伤；早期救治
