As with every month, villagers form a long queue to collect up their supplies. The long-term assistance Tzu Chi has been providing has improved civility and community spirit. Villagers take the initiative to tell volunteers about a young woman called Jovelyn Legaspi, whose husband suddenly died a few days ago, leaving her pregnant and with four children to care for by herself. When they learn of her situation, volunteers visit Jovelyn's home.
