选择160例注射抗生素、扩血管药及其他药物后出现乏力、眩晕症状的患者(排除药物所致高血压、低血压、低血糖而出现以上症状)。随机分为二组：一组常规治疗(葡萄糖维生素C 维生素B6)；二组用水溶性维生素治疗，治疗时间为一周，对比观察其疗效。

摘 要］目的：探讨用水溶性维生素治疗药源性乏力、眩晕疗效。方法：选择160例注射抗生素、扩血管药及其他药物后出现乏力、眩晕症状的患者(排除药物所致高血压、低血压、低血糖而出现以上症状)。随机分为二组：一组常规治疗(葡萄糖+维生素c+维生素b6)；二组用水溶性维生素治疗，治疗时间为一周，对比观察其疗效。结果：观察组治疗有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.44，p.05)。结论：水溶性维生素能更好地改善药源性乏力、眩晕症状。
