The slices were divided into two groups. In group I, the slices were perfused with 5-HT(subscript 2A) receptor excitomotory-(2,5-dimethoxy-4-iodophenyl)-2-aminopropane dissolved in modified Kreb's solution. Three part of research works had been carried out in the dissertation. The first part: a kind of multidentate amine modified silica gel was synthesized through the following steps:(1) introduce the amino groups onto the surface of silica-gel by the treatment of surface silanol groups withγ-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane;(2) michael addition of excess trihydroxymethyl propyl triacrylate to amino groups on the silica gel surface;(3) amidation of the unreacted double bonds of TMPTA on the surface of TMPTA modified silica gel with diethylenetriamine;(4) the multidentate amine modified silica gel was finally obtained by the reaction of amino groups on the surface of DETA modified silica gel with double bond of butyl acrylate.

Deoxybenzoin(3) was prepareded by using the resorcinol and substituted phenylacetic as starting meterials in microwave-mediated.Then the compound(3) was reacted with acetic anhydride to produce(4).The compound(4) was hydrolyzed to convert compound(5) in the acid-mediated. The compound(5) was reacted with the 1,2-dibromo-ethane and 1,3-dibromo-propane in refluxed condition with acetone as solvent to give(6) or(7),respectively.Lastly,the title compounds were synthesized by refluxing(6) or(7) with 2-methyl-benzimidazole and potassium carbonate in acetone solution.
