This in vivo study was to examine the historical changes of implanted novel chitosan/collagen composite barrier for confirming the clinical feasibility. Four other commercial GTR membranes were chosen for comparison. Among the resorbable GTR membranes, BioMend Extend and Peri-Aid are collagen base, and GORE-TEX OSSEOQUEST is synthesized membrane, while GORE-TEX e-PTFE (Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene) is synthesized but non-resorbable. Beagle dogs were used as animal model. Buccal mucoperiosteal flaps were reflected in the bilateral mandibular premolar and molar areas. Buccal alveolar bone was reduced on 1st、2nd premolar and molar to a level 5 mm apical to the cemento-enemel junction. Root surface was denuded of periodontal ligament and cementum, and notches were placed at the bone level of each root. The tested GTR barriers were implanted in critical bone defect areas. Flaps were coronally positioned and sutured. Two beagle dogs were sacrificed each time as the designed time period after surgery. Histological and histometirc evaluation at 7 days、14 days、28 days、3 months were performed post-operatively to determine the healing response of each treatment modality.

Ten preretinal membranes were obtained from patients with proliferative vitreoretinopathy served as controls.

The expression of ILK in the preretinal membranes in PDR indicate that ILK involves in the pathological process of neovascularization in PDR. Intravitreal injection of Avastin can decrease the numbers of endothelial cells in the proliferative fibrovascular membranes, and it also can down-regulate the expression of VEGF and HIF-1αprotein, but it can not affect the expression of ILK protein.

结论1。人PDR增殖膜中的新生血管有ILK表达，提示ILK参与了视网膜新生血管的形成过程；玻璃体内注射Avastin治疗PDR，能够减少视网膜新生血管内皮细胞数量，下调HIF-1α、VEGF在增殖膜的表达，但不能下调ILK的表达。

Results:①As for slow and quick transferring methods, the strips of prestained marker in nitrocellulose membrane were stronger than those of nylon and PVDF membranes, and the face and reverso sides of nylon and PVDF membranes were easily confused;②The picture of PVDF through DAB method was slightly clearer than that through nitrocellulose and nylon membrane, and the quick transferring strips were not so regular as the slow transferring strips.

Aiming at the currently shortage of XML streams quality detecting, this paper proposes a new forecasting method of XML streams quality by least squares support vector machines, which is used the method of XML keys' vector matrix as windows, and vector product wavelet transform to multilevel decompose and refactor the XML streams series, that can fulfill real-time checking demand of XML quality, and ensure constraint, consist- ency and integrality. For even more adapting net load, it proposes a control strategy by weight and adaptive adjustment to ensure XML streams quality.
