Radioactively- labled scFv displayed rapid localization in tumors. Accumulation was found in tumors in high concentrations 1 hour after injection, and scfv uptake in tumor was 2.6 times higher than in blood. The T/NT for blood, liver, spleen , hear, lung and kidney were 2.61, 1.85 1.94, 1.75, 0.83 and 0.22 respectively.
