Six different deletion and insertion mutants of BBSV-X were constructed and these were inoculated to Chenopodium amaranticolor. The preliminary results show that the sat-RNA could enhance symptom of BBSV-X and its insertion mutants on Chenopodium amaranticolor, but the pathogenicity of the CP deletion mutants was reduced.

Abstract］ Objective To explore the diagnosis and clinical application values of MRI on chondromalacia patellae.Methods 12 cases of chondromalacia patellae were checked by orthovoltage X-ray,the sick knee joints were scanned with 0.2 T permanent magnetic MRI,and the displays of X-ray and MRI were analyzed.

目的 探讨MRI用于髌骨软骨软化的诊断及临床应用价值方法对12例髌骨软骨软化患者行常规X线检查，并使用0.2 T永磁型MRI对患病膝关节进行扫描检查，观察分析髌骨软骨软化的X线及MRI表现。

Results The diagnostic accuracy of both MRI and X-ray film was 100%. Compared with X-ray, MRI was capable of clear display of the lesion extent, perpendicular periosteal reaction, the two layers of Codman's triangle and the skip lesions.

结果 MRI及X线平片对下肢骨肉瘤的诊断准确率均为100%，MRI在显示病变范围、放射状骨针、Codman三角两层结构以及跳跃病灶等方面明显优于X线平片检查。

The structure and stability of all possible isomers of C50X(X=SiH2, PH, S) were investigated by ab initio HF/3-21G calculations. The calculation results indicate that the preferred position for cycloaddition of SiH2, PH, and S on C50 is consistent, i.e. on the C3-C4 and C4-C4 sites of C50, and the resultant most stable cycloaddition isomers are [5,6]-closed and [5,5]-closed structures. The main driving force governing the stability of the C50X(X=SiH2, PH, S) isomers is the strain, or the conjugative effect, or the combination of strain and conjugative effect, depending on the addition positions and the types of the attacked C-C bonds.

用从头算HF/3-21G方法研究了C50的环加成衍生物C50X(X=SiH2， PH， S)所有可能的异构体的结构与稳定性，计算结果表明，SiH2基团、PH基团与S原子在C50上环加成的优先加成位置相同，都为C3-C4类键和C4-C4类键，并且相应形成[5，6]-闭环和[5，5]-闭环结构的最稳定异构体；决定C50X(X=SiH2，PH，S)各异构体稳定性的主要因素，因加成位置以及发生加成反应的C-C键的单双键类型的不同，可能是张力、共轭效应或者二者的共同作用。

Results:Fractures in body,angle and ascending branch of mandible could be showed fine by all these imaging methods. 3D-CT was better than 2D-CT and conventional X-ray plain film in diagnosis of fractures in condyle and coronoid process. Conventional X-ray plain film was poor in diagnosis of the maxillary fractures.2D-CT and 3D-CT were similar in diagnosis of the maxillary fractures.3D-CT showed the jaws fractures directly and stereoscopicly.
