Three single crystals of N-nitrobenzene, N-acyl dehydroabietic hydrazine 7c single water compounds, N, N-acyl dehydroabietic hydrazine 7l and 2,5 - dehydroabietic-1, 3,4 - oxadiazole 8g were obtained for the first time. X-ray diffraction analysis of these crystals showed dehydroabietic acid skeletons were contained in these crystal molecules.

Based on the failure analysis of hot roll, this paper optimizedly adjusts alloy system and summarizes the experience of rolling wiresand improves ail processing properties. Then, it analyses the effects on some natural parameters such as alloy transfer coefficient, surfacing layers, welding current and arc voltage etc.. It confirms the fitting ageing technique. Also, it discusses the microscopic structural transformation back and forth ageing and the effects on hardness change of overlaying metal by some alloying elements including C, Cr, V, W, Mo, Ni, Mn, B, Re through OM, SEM and X-ray diffraction analyses. Finally the abrasive resistance, red hardness, thermal fatigue property and anti-high temperature oxidability are investigated in experimentation.

The structure of the polymer was preliminarily studied by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, UV. The crystallization behaviour and thermal property of the polymer were also studied by X-ray diffraction and DSC, TG. The results shows that the polymer is the structure of PASI.

The scale inhibition mechanism of PESA was proposed on the basis of characterization of transformation of calcium carbonate crystal by means of X-ray Diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The effect of temperature on corrosion inhibition efficiency of PESA was investigated and the Bockris substitution model is proposed to study the thermodynamics of inhibiting process of PESA. The calculation results show the adsorption of PESA on carbon steel is a spontaneous exothermic process with the increase of entropy.
