Methods Skin adhesive-EPIGLU was applied to the nasofacial wounds of 80 cases. For 50 cases with deep wounds, the soft tissue was sutured with 5-0 absorbable suture before the application of EPIGLU. EPIGLU was applied to directly conglutinate the wounds in 30 cases with superficial wounds without suture. All the patients were followed up for 30 days and the concrescence of wounds was observed.

将皮肤粘合剂爱必肤应用于鼻面部新鲜伤口共80例，其中50例较深伤口先经皮下5-0号可吸收缝线缝合皮下肌层，浅筋膜层对合皮肤后用爱必肤粘合伤口；30例较表浅伤口直接皮肤胶水粘合，观察创口愈合情况，随访30 d。

Results: All patients had no pain or light pain only so as not to use any analgesic drugs and no influence on their sleep. They even walked freely, wearing loose shoes. Three days after operation cut wound was stuff full with newly born granulation tissues. About one week later, the cut wounds were completely covered by newly born white epithelial tissues. Continue using MEBO for another 1-2 weeks, all the wounds were healed. No obvious scars were observed and reserved nails were large and had beautiful outlook. There were no suppuration and infection at wounds and no phalanx ungula osteomyelitis occurred.

结果：病人术后无痛或轻微疼痛，无须用止痛药物，不影响睡眠，可穿宽松鞋自由走动；术后3d可见新生肉芽组织填满切口，1周左右可见新生白色的上皮组织完全覆盖切口，继续应用MEBO 1周～2周，全部愈合，愈合后无明显瘢痕，保留甲大而美观；切口无化脓感染，无末节趾骨骨髓炎发生。

Results Free vascularized bone flap was successfully transferred to repair the bone defects in 30 cases. Epineurial neurorrhaphy and interfascicular nerve grafting were used to repair the forearm wounds of peripheral nerve in 150 cases and the good-excellent rate is better than that of tranditional methods. The forearm wounds of peripheral blood vessels were repaired by anastomosis and grafting in early stage in 500 cases , and the patency rate was 91％. The defects of skin , muscle of limbs in forearm wounds were repaired in a one-stage procedure in 120 cases , the problem of muscle force was solved simultaneously.

结果对30例战伤性骨缺损，采用吻合血管的骨移植，全部获得成功；对150例周围神经火器伤，采用神经束间缝合及束间移植术，其总优良率较传统方法为优；对500例周围血管火器伤，早期进行血管吻合和血管移植术，血管通畅率为91％；对120例四肢战伤性皮肤、肌肉等软组织缺损进行一次性修复，并同时解决肌肉的动力。

In order to further investigate the relationship of SP and ESCs, we design two level experiments —in vitro and in vivo. In vivo, firstly, We establish the nomal rat full-thickness wounds model, and employ integrin β1 keratin 19(K19)、 keratin 15(K15)、 Brdu as ESCs markers to conform the existence of ESCs in the granulation tissue of Group Capsaicin (rats were subcutaneously injected capsaicin pre-injury to damage sensory neuron and block the secretion of neuropeptides), Group Control, and Group SP (rats were injected SP in the wound postinjury). Secondly, as diabetic skin lacking of SP due to extensive pathological changes of sensory ending, we make a hypothesis:one of the main reason of unhealing wounds on diabetic patients could be insufficient SP which lead to fewer ESCs recruitment around wounds.

Methods Retrospective review of 71 patients with cardiac injury was carried out including 21 blunt wounds,40 penetrating wounds and 10 iatrogenic wounds.Conservative therapy was performed on 8 myocardial contusions,2 hemopericardiums,2 small metal foreign bodies retention in myocardium and also 2 cardiac tamponades with iatrogenic left atrium perforation.The acute or delayed thoracotomies for repairing cardiac lesion according to the injury condition were performed in remainders.

To dec.2002 were analysed by means of wounding tract and fracture.results during 24 cases of gunshot wound, wounds of 20 cases healed without event after primary debridment and sewing wounds,3 cases healed and l case infected in 4 cases of primary debridment without suture,and 4 cases of primary internal fixed fracture had no osteomyelitis.the injury of soft tissue and contamination of wound track were serious in explosion wound than in gunshot wound,10 cases healed without event and 4 cased infected in l4 cases of primary closed explosion wounds,and 2 cases of primary inernal fixed fracture had no osteomyelitis.conclusion it is suggested that the management of firearm wound in cold and dry region may be delayed moderately in time of debridement.the firearm wound may be treated by internal fixation of fracture and primary closing of tract after early debridment when the soft tissue injury was light in peacetime, which decreased the infection,disability and promoted rehabilitation of patients.

结果 24例枪伤中，20例一期缝合伤口，均一期愈合，另外4例只清创未一期缝合的伤口，3例愈合，1例感染；4例骨折内固定均愈合良好，无骨髓炎发生。16例炸伤病人局部软组织损伤及污染比枪弹伤重，14例一期缝合伤口中，10例一期愈合，4例感染，骨折内固定2例，均愈合良好，无骨髓炎发生。结论寒冷干燥地区火器伤早期伤道清创时限可适当延长，在平时火器伤的救治中，对软组织条件较好的创面，早期清创后可一期闭合伤口和骨折内固定，这样可减少感染和伤残，促进康复。寒冷干燥地区；火器伤；早期救治

objectiveto discuss the effect of the self-made negative pressure suction device in preoperative preparation of wound repair.methods27 patients who suffered soft tissue defect received the treatment of negative pressure suction device and underwent debridement during the time of dressing change, after 7 to 30 days （average 15.6 days） therapy, these wounds were repaired with skin grafts or flaps.resultsall of these patients' wounds became cleaner and smaller than before, and granulation tissue were fresh, the dermatoplasty or skin flap transplantation operations were successful.
