Manufacturing resource group allocating algorithm was put forward, which can smooth the requirement differences among the procedures. Computational method of the number of work-in-progress between the procedures with different processing time was constructed. The dynamic algorithm of selecting priority of part and machine was built. And a scheduling system was built which was authenticated with realistic case.
