AMs that collected, pured and cultured with contine method were stimulated by LPS of different concentration(0μg/ml,0.01μg/ml,0.1μg/ml,1μg/ml,10μg/ml) for 60min or by 1μg/ml LPS for different time stage (0min,5min,15min,30min,60min,120min) to observe the dynamic change of NF-кB intranuclear level and NO production, from which the best concentration and time point of LPS stimulation were selected. In the study, all AMs were divided into 4 groups: control group, group stimulated with LPS, group interrupted by Cal C and group inhibited by PDTC. Results:There were 30 patients with systemic sclerosis (42.2%),10 with Sjogren′s syndrome(14.1%),6 with systemic lupus erythematosus (8.5%),5 with rheumatoid arthritis and localized sclerosis (7.0%) respectively,4 with only Raynaud′s phenomenon without any definite diagnosis (5.6%),2 with CREST syndrome,overlap syndrome,cirrhosis of unknown causes and buerger′s disease (2.8%) respectively,and 1 with primary billiary cirrhosis,sclerous cholangitis,and chloasma-vitiligo (1.4%) respectively.

In order to probe the relationships between wave equation offset domain common image gathers/angle domain common image gathers with migration velocity, we quantitatively derive the changes of ODCIGs and ADCIGs along with migration velocity on the assumption of uniform velocity medium with a horizontal reflector. We come to conclusion that ODCIGs are hyperbolas with half offset; on the contrary, they are ellipses. Combined with the results of depth focusing analysis, we find the apparent incident angles in ADCIGs are larger than the real incident angles when the migration velocity is larger than the true one and vice versa. With lower migration velocity, the residual moveout on ADCIGs is an ellipse with the tangent of apparent incident angle; otherwise, it's a hyperbola.

Results The penumatization rate of total or inferior part of middle turbinate correlated positively to the inflammation of anterior ethmoid and maxillary sinuses. Compared with patients with normal frontal sinuses, the vertical diameters of agger nasi cells of patients with frontal sinusitis were larger(11.70±5.50 mm and 8.54±3.67 mm respectivevy, p＜0.01).Compared with patients with normal maxillary sinuses, the Haller's cells of patients with maxillary sinusitis were larger (77.8% and 33.3%,P＜0.05)and the amount of inflammatory Haller's cells of the latter was more abundant than that of the former(91.6±17.8 mm2 and 41.6±12.6 mm2, respectively, P＜0.05). The deviation of uncinate process was one of the factors of maxillary sinusitis .The sizes of ethmoid bullae increased with the soft tissue thickening in anterior ethmoid sinus, the large ethmoid bulla may cause anterior ehmoid sinusitis.
