Get high purity DCs by Cultured plastic-adherent monocytes isolated from healthy human peripheral blood with GM-CSF and IL-4 for 7 days. To observe the morphology of DCs by inverted phase contrast microscope ,electron microscope and laser confocal microscope. Analyse phenotype of DCs with flow cytometry. Investigate the endocytosis ability of DCs as a group by Horseradish peroxidase endocytosis assay. To appraise allogeneic mixed lymphocytes reaction of DCs by MTT reduction assay. Analyse the levels of IL-12 and TNF in liquids of cultured medium by ELISA and MTT reduction assay respectively. Soluble antigens of HCCs was obtained by 3 freeze-and-thaw cycles. Biological characteristics of HC soluble antigens pulsed DCs were monitored by flow cytometry. According to MTT reduction assay estimated the cell proliferation of self lymphocytes activated by HC antigens pulsed DCs. Get high purity BCG HSP 70 protein by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and determined its biological activity with ELISA. Analyse phenotype of antigen pulsed DCs primed by BCG HSP70 with flow cytometry. Then some single-site catalysts were supported on the new MgCl_2 support, and the resulted solid catalysts were tested in ethylene polymerization, the results indicated that:1.XRD and IR analyses indicate that MAO does be coordinated with MgCl_2, which is in good agreement with the results obtained by XPS;2.co-mlling time had no obvious effect on the texture of support after 12 hours;3.In this work, MgCl_2 was co-milled with solid MAO for different hours, and then complex 3 was supported on these co-milled supports. It was found that co-milling time markedly influences the activity of solid catalysts, but it had negligible effect on the kinetic profile and the properties of resultant PE.

From the point view of product distribution, conversion of dimethyl ether and energy consumption, with RCD plasma DME conversion was higher and was hardly affected by the residence time of dimethyl ether, and hydrogen, carbon monoxide and unsaturated hydrocarbons with RCD plasma were more than those with DBD plasma.There was no liquid product with RCD plasma, but the liquid product obtained with DBD plasma consisted of aldehydes, alcohols and methoxy-containing organic compounds, for instance, formaldehyde, methyl alcohol, dimethoxy ethane and so on.Moreover, most compositions of liquid product were methoxy-containing compounds, and the liquid product selectivity was as high as 32.23%.However, energy consumption for the reaction with DBD plasma was more than that with RCD plasma.

Method］twelve cases with extremities invasion bone tumor were reviewed,including 6 male and 6 female.the average age was 37.1 years old.according to the mri,typeⅰtumor located in metaphysic and growth eccentricity,and was treated with outside tumor osteotomy with reservation of one side as integumentale,the cut line was shape of "匚".type ⅱ tumor was with invasion part articular surface,and was operated with part joint osteotomy with reservation of one side as integumentale,the cut line was shape of"l".type ⅲ was with invasion total joint surface and as integmentale,all tumor segment including joint could be cut,but the shape of cut close to the diaphysis was echelonment.

方法］12例侵袭性骨肿瘤患者男6例，女6例；平均年龄37.1岁。根据mri表现选择不同截骨方法，ⅰ型肿瘤位于干骺端偏心性生长，采用保留一侧皮质骨的肿瘤外截骨，截骨线呈&匚&形。ⅱ型病例肿瘤侵蚀部分关节面，采用保留一侧皮质的部分关节截骨，截骨线呈&l&形。ⅲ型病例肿瘤侵蚀整个关节面和骨皮质，可切除包括关节在内的整个瘤段骨，只是近骨干侧截骨呈阶梯状。
