Design the structure of high performance Low-E film including its material and thickness of every layer according to basic optical theory. Carry out an innovative work to calculate its optical performance by characteristic matrices and optical admittance. Compare the results with those we get by traditional measurement.3. Prepare Low-E films with RF magnetron controlled reactive sputtering. The result shows that in the visible region (380nm-780nm), the highest transmittance is 82.4% while the average value is 75%. In the NIR region (780nm-2500nm), the average transmittance is 16.2%. These characters can fit the demand of the glass used in architecture and cars, and also in other applications.4. We novelly use the material Titanium as protective layer to solve the problem that Ag layer would disappear when depositing the second TiO_2 layer. As the protective layer, Ti does not increase the number of targets so as to lower the costs. The thickness of the protective layer Titanium is adjusted by controlling of sputtering time. Results shows the Low-E films get the best optical character when the sputtering time of Titanium is 20 seconds5. We novelly proposed a new transmittance quality factor Q=_·(?_-__ to evaluate the performances of Low-E films, which makes it easier to judge the qualities of Low-E film.6. The photocatalysis of Titanium dioxides is researched and introduced into Low-E films. Sb-doped TiO_2 thin films are prepared. Its photocatalysis and hydrophilicity are measured.

During the early growth stage of seedlings, basal stem diameter and paripinnate number were decreased with the increasing of shade, taproot length, root : shoot ratio, total dry weight and leaf area per seedling were maximal under 37.3% NS, specific leaf area was increased with the increasing of shade, but the relative growth rate was declined. Seedlings grew fastest under 0.6% NS, suggesting that nutrients stored in seeds played an important role at the early growth stage. The treatment of 37.3% NS was best for established seedlings in seedling height, basal stem diameter, paripinnate number, rachis length, the maximum sub-leaflet number of individual paripinnate, leaf area per seedling, relative growth rate and net assimilation rate. Light intensity was positively correlated to total dry weight, and negatively to specific leaf area. The maximum of SLA was observed under 15.5% NS.

When zircon addition is 4%, the strength is the best, and the photomicrograph of the sample exhibits a densely packed microstructure, with larger and better developed grains of periclase and spinel. Two times hydrolyzation of Fe~(3+) and Cr~(3+) was firstly pointed out in the process of pillar preparation with hydrothermal method. In order to improve the thermal stability, Fe/Cr-Si-pillaring agent solution was synthesized by hydrolyzing Fe~(3+) and Cr~(3+) solution on the surface of silica sol, and Fe/Cr-Si-pillared montmorillonite (Fe/Cr-Si-PILM) was prepared with conventional method and hydrothermal method. Because the technical innovation of preparation is the best way to improve the PILM properties, two novel methods (Microwave method and Ultrasonication method) have been studied to synthesize Fe/Cr-PILM.In order to expand PILMs new application in the field of coal conversion, catalytic activity of Fe/Cr-Si-PILM catalyst in LongKou lignite and ShenHua coal residue liquefaction was discussed and characterized in the last part of this paper.

To pay attention to carry out effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation, hemostasis by compression and deep vein intubation rapidly in the initial stage of emergency. The carotid shunt tube plays an important role in severe carotid injury and re-establishment process. We use external jugular vein to transplant and re-establish,which are rung with artificial blood vessels for the long distance carotid injury and achieved the best result. We expose as fully as possible for the hepatic venae and the posthepatic post caval injury,and adopt effective methods to stop bleeding and repair. The application of blood shunt pump could raise the success rate for those severe patients. The self-double vastransplantation with both ends being all trousers-style one opening solve some problems such as there are no suitable caliber self-transplantation blood vessels and the artificial blood vessels are easy to occur obliteration for long-term and so on for the great or middle blood vessels.We use improved Fogarty duct and anterograde intubation to eliminate thrombus could eliminate thrombus effectively and avoid accessory injury for the deep vein injury and extensive thrombosis.

The results indicated as below: 1.The total latent infection rate and infection rate of two major fungi(Alternaria alternata and Fusarium sp)was reduced effectively with preharvest BTH treatment . The latent infection rate decreased with increasing of spraying times.Results showed that the four times of treatment by BTH is the best.

The aim of the experimental research through animals is to investigate the therapeutic effect and the pathological changes on rabbits' VX_2 liver tumor treated with ~(125)I seeds interstitial brachytherapy and percutaneous ethanol injection under CT guidance. We aim to identify the therapeutic effect and the criterion of ~(125)I seeds radiant activity selection, optimize the therapeutic regimen, investigate the tissue damage, its' prothetic time and the relationship between time and dosage effect, and approach to provide fundamental theories for ~(125)I seeds clinical using and arrive at the best dosage range of ~(125)I seeds interstitial brachytherapy. And it can become a new and effective kind of therapies to be applied for the clinical treatment to mid-advanced stage and recurring liver tumor.

The result indicates that the best method for extracting β-carotene is to saponify the test specimen one hour with 4% NaOH methyl alcohol solution in 60-70'c and then to separate with 3:7 acetone-benzine component solvent as extraction solvent, MgO as the absorbent, the acetone-benzine as the eluent. Extracted solvent has been determined in the color dish condition (1cm) by ultraviolet spectrophotometer at 447 nm. The result shows that the β-carotene in carrotis 0.134 mgg^(-1), 0.0863mgg^(-1) in red pepper and 0.0426 mgg^(-1) in spinach.
