The foundation of this system provides a good reference to promote the standardization and intelligence of the overhaul and maintenance of vacuum switches. With the help of AT89S52, this paper designs an I~2C serial bus based signal detection system for peak value signal acquisition of HF pulse currents, which communicates with the upper computer by asynchronous serial communication for uploading the data. In the upper computer, a human computer interface is developed by Matlab software, whose functions are to do some computation and graphic display, such as calibrating the relation curve of vacuum degree and peak value of HF pulse currents, vacuum degree computation, and vacuum lifetime evaluation analysis basing on grey forecasting model as well as making relative suggestions.

It was found that there are three repeatedly appearing aurora activity regions along the dayside aurora oval. They are, Region A around 0900MLT in which aurora moves poleward while its intensity decreasing, and its form changingfrom arc to corona with time; Region B around 1330MLT in which aurora moves equatorward while its intensity increasing, and its form changing from corona to arc in time; Region C around 1330MLT in which aurora expands poleward while its intensity decreasing, and its forma evolving from arc to multiple arcs in time. There is a narrow belt of aurora activity in North-South direction between Regions A and B, which is dominated by weak and red corona aurora.

Firstly, we used the Raman scattering method which can calibrate in real time to measure the O2 (a1 Δ) yield of SOG for the first time in China. The measurement relative error is less than 8%. Based on the data from the experiments, we report the results that the diluent category and ratios influence the O2 (a1 Δ) yield. The relationship of P-τ values and the O2 (a1 Δ) yield of this SOG were given. The effects of distance and bypass of gas transportation on the O2 (a1 Δ) yield are investigated. Secondly, the chlorine utilization was measured by using Raman spectroscopy simultaneously when the O2 (a1 Δ) yield was measured. This method originated with us. The result about the chlorine utilization is coincident with other theoretic and experimental conclusions. The relationship given in this paper between gas stay time in SOG and chlorine utilization offers reference to improve the reaction efficiency and chemical efficiency of COIL. Finally, the partial water vapor pressure at the exit of SOG was measured by absorption spectroscopy. The water vapor fraction and partial pressure have trends changed with the generator total pressure, the diluentratios, and the BHP temperature. These experimental results are very important to improve experimental conditions of SOG, reduce the water vapor fraction, and enhance the output power of COIL.

The leading edge detection algorithm is proposed to mitigate the effect of multipath in TOA estimation. Then the secondary search method is proposed, it can solve the matching issue of PN code in CDMA systems. The location algorithms based on LS are discussed; include circular trilateration with LS, hyperbolic trilateration with reference differencing, hyperbolic trilateration with sequential differencing and circular trilateration with TOA differences. The design and implementation of wireless location system based on TOA/TDOA in CDMA2000 systems are given. The location process is discussed, and the hardware and software implementation of TOA estimation are given. Finally, the wireless location system which uses TOA estimation and LS location algorithms above is tested in the real environment.
